Milani Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning review: Avoid

I’m gonna do point form bc I’m too annoyed for sentences.
1. Came twice for leak, had to clean dark fingerprints all over doors and walls both times.
2. Second time they came they used our towel leaving it filthy.
3. Discovered MORE dirty hand and finger prints at the top of the wall in 3 corners where they had put up plastic sheeting.
4. Restoration team was supposed to come for an ESTIMATE, they didn't so I phoned and no one seemed to know about it. Scheduled for next day.
5. Never came, rescheduled for later that day.
6. Had to reschedule for the next day and NEVER came. At this point we have had holes in bathroom ceiling and dining room wall for a week.
7. Husband discovers they didn't tighten something under the sink so there was leaking water and all toilet paper soaked.
NOW we’re into the weekend so nothing will happen until Monday and there hasn't even been an estimate, so who freaking knows when the work will be done!
Note: They just arrived at 6:30 pm on Friday. 🙄 It took less than 5 mins to look at both holes WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN PHOTOS.
