Matt from Arlinghaus came out and quoted on the Monday. By mid-afternoon Tuesday I had a completely replaced HVAC with heat-pump. The installers were polite, cleaned up after themselves and openly discussed what and why things were being done a certain way. Very informative, professional and clean.

Arlinghaus employees were very prompt and did their their job. Nick and Dawton were professional and explained everything along the way. So glad we didn't have to wait for very long on the installation. It was very hot and humid when our air conditioning failed. We are very pleased so far with the job.

I love Arlinghaus. They installed my whole HVAC system. It held up very well during this year's severe winter weather. Today, Arlinghaus came to do their annual inspection. Andy, like all the technicians, was very professional. He was helpful and friendly and ansrwered all of my questions. Arlinghaus rocks!

I have a HVAC system installed about 18 months ago. There were 3 error codes coming up on the thermostat. The tech checked the thermostat, the furnace and outdoor unit. Found a mouse nest in the outdoor unit. Cleaned the unit, cleared the error codes and performed a through checkout of the system. All is operating properly.

All of guys from Arlinghaus did a phenomenal job installing our new HVAC, insulting our duct work, and putting in our UV for air purification. The customer definitely comes first for this company. Our home is now an extra happy home! Thank you Bryan N for find the perfect package and system for our and to Doug K, Connor R, and Tyler G for all tour hard work.

Our technician, Mitch, was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and patient with our many questions. He and his partner, Josh, were careful to wear shoe covers and masks. We found them to be extremely courteous, polite and respectful. We very much appreciate that because it does not seem to be the case with most businesses with which we have dealt. Awesome team!

Arlinghaus really does try its best to make every house a happy house. Ethan came to service my air conditioner and did a great job, was professional and kind, even though he had to wait until I got through an emergency call regarding a family member. It's comforting to experience that level of professionalism, even in someone as young as Ethan. I am impressed...and grateful.

The technician, Tyler, that responded to my house was excellent. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, all while being very personable and extremely informative. Tyler took the extra steps beyond the repair to discuss other steps I could take to further increase the efficiency and air quality in my home. Very satisfied with the service and will be using Arlinghaus again.

Excellent service, quick install and neat installation. Brian took the time and asked us all the right questions. He put together a perfect efficient package; exactly what we needed. The turnaround on the installation was quick and convenient for us. The technicians, Steve and Brandon, arrived exactly on time, friendly and courteous they were very careful and respectful of both us and the house. They were very efficient and happily answered any questions we had. They finished the job exactly at the predicted time, showed us how the system worked, and made sure everything was left as clean and neat as when they arrived. Highly recommended!

I had an emergency breakdown of my air conditioning. I called Arlinghaus and explained it was my sons wedding day and the grooms men were going to be there in 1-1/2 hours to start to get dressed for the wedding. 45 minutes later, Mitch P. arrived, listen to the description of the problem and found what was wrong, had the replacement part on the truck and within 25 minutes the system was back up and running. Saved the day from being a mess and the wedding party got ready in comfort, it was 85 degrees out. I recommend Arlinghaus, from the people on the phone to the technicians, they are always courteous, willing to help and answer questions.

I recently had a new central air unit installed. Dalton and the technician work with him were so professional. They answered all my questions and gave me a summary of everything at the end of the install. Bonus the office filed my warranty paperwork for me! I chose Arlinghaus after Ben did a check up on my furnace and found some issues. He gave me a detail list of the issues and suggested I work with the original company that installed it to fix since the furnace was so new. I did that to get the furnace issues fixed but it gave me instant trust to know they will advise what is best for the customer and explore all options with you so you can make the most informed decision. They have a customer for life after the great experience I have had with the furnace advise and the central air unit install!

I have been using Arlinghaus Heating & Air Conditioning for the past few years, and they always provide A+ service. Before using Arlinghaus, I had a bad experience with a well known company that sold me a new A/C unit. After purchasing the A/C unit, I was very upset to find out that I was sold a model, which required a soon-to-be banned Freon. And - it gets worse. In just a few years, the outside motor burnt out, the fan blades melted, and they stuck to the top of the unit. I wasn't about to call the same company. A neighbor recommended Arlinghaus, and that is when I found out that the previous company sold me ONLY the outside half of an A/C system. I wasted over $3,000 for just an outside unit, which didn't even last 5 years. Arlinghaus did an excellent job installing the new A/C, and I bought a new furnace as well. In the process of removing the old A/C unit inside the house, and reconfiguring some of the pipes, one of my walls was scratched up. Arlinghaus returned a couple days later, and they repaired and painted the wall. Nice! They have a great service plan, and I like the fact that they contact me when maintenance is due and that is one less thing I have to keep track of. Great company! I would recommend them to anyone :)

Looking for a Heating & AirCondition company? Call Arlinghaus Heating & AC, I did and I am so glad I did. I moved into my condo on Oct 5, 2015, Oct 21st I had the annual furnace clean and check. A disturbing surprise was the news I was told, my furnace blower was filled with drywall dust. The blower had to be pulled out to be hosed down, what I saw was shocking, chalk stick (looked like chalk to be used on blackboards ) of drywall dust on every blade of the fan. I had the ductwork cleaned in December that same year, and after discovering the problem still surfacing in my home, I had the ducts cleaned again last August. I started with allergies and began vacuuming my furniture twice a day, I decided my only solution was I needed to start from the beginning. New ductwork, furnace, and Air Conditioner. I called Arlinghaus Heating and AC in Erlanger and on May 4th Jake and Tom came out to see about my problem. They took a good amount of time to really check into what I described with the furnace and went up in the attic and looked at the ductwork situation there too. I chose to go with Arlinghaus that first day and I am happy that I did. On May 5 their truck arrived with Steve, Connor, Brandon, and Mason and the job began. They worked so well together and so professional in the job. I just felt very comfortable with this team and secure that the job would be done right, and it went so smoothly with no hitches. I worried about starting this much-needed job, the timing, the mess, needlessly. I really feel this team took pride in doing their job well, which is what left me with a good impression of Arlinghaus Heating and A/C. If asked, I would recommend this company to anyone looking for their system to be replaced.
