I installed a Master Craft entry door and shortly after installation we had a heavy rain which came through the frame around the glass panel. I reached out to MasterCraft through their email (they won't take phone calls for warranty coverage) and several days later received an email telling me to tighten the screws around the frame. I did that and the next rain it leaked again. I went through the email process again and they sent a new glass panel and frame in a huge cardboard box with thick styrofoam packing which I had to find a way to dispose of, along with the old glass panel and frame. The next rain the glass still leaked so after several more weeks of waiting for email responses they said they would send a new door slab to the store. I said I wanted them to deliver it and pick up the old door since I don't have a way to dispose of it and MasterCraft said that could be worked out with the store. The store says I have to pay for delivery and that it's a MasterCraft issue. This has been going on for five months now, so overall I'm pretty disgusted with the process and the product. In hindsight it would have been better to spend the extra money on a quality door.
Recommendation: Buy a good door - ThermaTru, Pella...
