Doors On-line I ordered a steel garage door, but they sent me the wrong parts

I ordered a steel garage door, but they sent me the wrong parts. The order form description wasn't clear. Their website says it takes 3 to 4 weeks for delivery, but it actually took 3 months to get my items. Don't make the mistake of ordering from this company.

Doors On-line I never ordered a steel roll up door before

I never ordered a steel roll up door before. The whole thing from asking questions, to getting suggestions on the right door, to ordering was great. I was missing a piece and broke a part during installation and Doors On-Line fixed my problems fast. I really suggest them.

DoorsOn-line.com is great! Ordering was easy and the doors came in just over 4 weeks like they said. The 2 roll up doors were what I wanted and they were just like I ordered. I sent a message about 3 weeks in and they got back to me quick. It was perfect. I'm happy because I got 2 model 750 doors for a better price than other places for doors that aren't wind rated.

Bought 4 Janus roll-up doors from Doors On-line, Inc. It took 4 weeks to get them coz of hurricane Laura. The website order form was good. Communication was decent. Got to pick up doors myself from the factory which saved a lot on shipping. Price was very good coz of hurricane. Will buy from them again for sure!

Doors On-line Got an Amarr door put in 7 years ago

Got an Amarr door put in 7 years ago. The rubber seal on the bottom was messed up and needed to be fixed. The garage door company that put it in didn't have the right seal for it. Someone from Doors On-Line helped a lot. After a few back-and-forths, they found the right one and I ordered it over the phone. It slid into the narrow grooves easy and was the right length. Thanks for your help and being professional. I took back 3 other seals to other places before finding Doors On-Line. I'll be using them from now on! Thanks again.

Doors On-line I orderd a door in May , but it came in July 31

I orderd a door in May , but it came in July 31. When I opened it, I saw that the spring and cables to open the door were missing and the panels were bent. I called the company the next day and told them. After sending emails and pictures back and forth for days, I'm still waiting for the parts so I can install the door. Every time I call, they say "we'll look into it and get back to you," but I never get a call back. No one can tell me where my parts are or when I can expect them. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I order my garage door from Doors On-line, Inc. during Covid and it was a tough time. I had to be patient and so did the staff. I was worried that I wouldn't get my door, but Caleb and Tyler kept me updated. They were quick to respond and give me new estimates. The door and parts were just what I wanted and they fit perfectly. I'm so happy with how beautiful my door looks now that it's installed. I recommend this business because the price and service were great.

Doors On-line I orderd a 1 car garaj door on 1/29

I orderd a 1 car garaj door on 1/29. They said coz of Covid it mite take longer to get my order. They said it shud be 8-10 weeks, but it cud take up to 12 weeks. I called last Friday and had to call again today to see when I will get my door. Tyler said not until the end of April, which is 14 weeks. He said he can't "expedite" the order, even tho he told me it wudn't be over 12 weeks when I orderd. It's a basic steel door, no windows, no extras! Their website says "stock doors shipping in just 2 weeks," "non-stock doors within 4-5 weeks." Wow, I wish I cud get my door in 5 weeks, or even 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 weeks, or even 12 weeks! Website says false shipping timelines, I told them and they had nothing to say. Very disappointed. Buyer beware!

Dont buy here if you expect good talk and follow-through. Poor customer service after the sale. Doors online could care less if you run into a problem.

They talk a lot when you order, but then they dont talk at all when you follow up.

I ordered two garage doors on 4/6 for $4200. I paid with a credit card. They said it would take 8-12 weeks to get my order. Maybe a little longer because of C19. That's ok. But the doors didnt come until 8/18. That's 4 MONTHS after I ordered. They didnt say anything about it. I had to ask them.

And then, the order was missing parts. I sent lots of emails to Dan Francis, but he didnt answer. I called the door center in Sacramento and they helped me right away. It seems like doors online didnt do anything to fix the problem.

And remember, after 60 days, you cant complain to your credit card company if you have a problem. Most doors dont come in 60 days, so you cant do anything.

Be careful!

Doors On-line Doors On-Line ain't the best place to get your coil-up doors

Doors On-Line ain't the best place to get your coil-up doors. I ordered custom doors with stainless steel locks for the outside, but when they arrived, the locks were not stainless. I had to email them a bunch of times before they finally admitted their mistake. They even tried to say I didn't know what I was talking about when I tested the metal. It took over a month to get the right locks, and now I gotta pay extra to have a walk door installed. The dealer offered me some money back, but it wasn't even the same amount each time they mentioned it. I finally got the right locks, but it was a real hassle. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I ordered from Doors On-line, Inc. on 11/10 and their website said it would take 7/8 weeks to make my order. Week 9, they said they would call me for delivery the next week. But week 10 came and went and I still haven't received my order. When I contacted them, they were hard to reach. Their customer service is terrible. They only respond when you contact them.

Doors On-line I ain't got no updates on my order yet!

I ain't got no updates on my order yet! I bought a fancy garage door from Doors On-line on 10/22, Order # 45762 and they said some dude would hit me up in like a week to schedule a time to come measure my spot. But it's been two weeks and I ain't heard nothing from the installer or Doors On-Line. I even called them twice and the door manufacturer, but still no response. They already charged me $1747.39 on my credit card and I don't even know if the door is gonna get installed. I need it done in Western North Carolina.

Doors On-line I ordered a big door from Doors On-line, Inc

I ordered a big door from Doors On-line, Inc. back in October and it's been a real bummer waiting for it. I was supposed to get it by Christmas, but that didn't happen. I had to call them up and they said it would come by January 10th. But that didn't happen either. Then they said some parts were missing and it wouldn't come until after January 28th. That's a real pain because we're leaving town on the 29th. The PO # is XXXXX.

ence. However, this was not the case with www.doorsonline.com. We were very disappointed with this miscommunication and the fact that we had to physically offload the heavy garage door ourselves. Despite this issue, the garage door itself is of good quality and we are satisfied with our purchase. We just wish that the delivery process was more clear and accurate. Overall, we would recommend www.doorsonline.com for their good quality products, but be sure to clarify the delivery process before making a purchase.

Doors On-line I order doors from Doors-on-line on Dec

I order doors from Doors-on-line on Dec. 29, 2021 and paid $3,080.20. They said it would take 6 to 13 weeks to ship and then 2-3 more weeks for delivery. They told me in Feb that the doors would arrive on April 11, then April 8th. But I didn't get any confirmation from the Door Center, so I called customer service on April 18. It took 3 days to get an answer and they said there was a "maintenance issue" and they didn't know when my doors would ship. I get that things happen, but they should be able to give me a better answer. At this rate, I might not get my doors until June or July. That's not cool. If they can't deliver, I want my money back so I can buy from someone who can. My order number is ***.

Doors On-line This company messed up my garage spring order

This company messed up my garage spring order. They won't take the blame for it. The spring can't be returned. It's their fault and we're out of cash. I called Doors On-line many times to make sure I got the right stuff before I paid on August 31. I got two garage panels and one garage spring. I told the man on the phone what kind of spring I needed. He ordered the things before sending me a receipt because he had my credit card. He ordered the wrong spring. I didn't know until it was delivered. I called to fix it and got the runaround. I talked to the manager on September 16 because I was done with the runaround. He was rude and wouldn't do anything or take the blame. The spring can't be returned. They ordered the wrong thing, but we're out of money. I have to pay $60 for a spring I can't use. They won't take responsibility for their mistake. They should send the right spring with no extra charge.

Doors On-line I ordered a Amarr 3138 Steel 8X7 short panel white, no windows from Doors On-line Inc

I ordered a Amarr 3138 Steel 8X7 short panel white, no windows from Doors On-line Inc. on July 31, 2022. They confirmed my order on August 1, 2022 and said it would be shipped from their warehouse in Jessup, MD. The order came with an installer from a third party who specializes in garage doors. Doors On-line support gave me more information about the material and hardware of the Lincoln 3138 Amarr Garage Door exterior and exterior. I had to wait for an insulation date because the low headroom track and torsion rear was not available but the Amarr 3138 8X7 short panel white was in stock. I had to pay an extra $110 for an emergency key release lock that was supposed to be included. The order was discounted on-line which includes installation. I had some problems with the photoeyes being placed backward on the garage opener that is waranteed. I had the technician/installer come to the site several times for corrections, but it was not enough. I never received the new garage door order #*** and could not verify CJB email information on business card given. I got another estimate from another company with the same door that can install within two weeks. Therefore, I requested a refund from Doors On-line at ***.
