Took my car in and had brakes/rotors and 2 belts replaced.
Over 600.00 Upon review of my bill/invoice I see a charge of $39.99 for something you are calling "shop supply". Surely you are not charging me for the parts that I'm already paying for? I'm already paying for parts and labor and quite a bit of money for that. Please explain what this ridiculous charge is.

I would hope you are not charging me additional monies for taking brakes and belts from your supplies? This is ludicrous. I would hope for a refund of this ridiculous charge. I will hold off contacting the BBB until I hear back from you.
