Bus driver just drove right pass me
I'm waiting at the bus stop at Ventura and Shirley and the bus 150 just drove right by me, didn't even slow down much less stop, this happens way to often especially around the woodland hills area, if these bus drivers don't like their cushy 30 dollar an hour jobs, then they should find new work, if I don't do my job I get in trouble, but these bus drivers are rude as hell and nothing is ever done about it.

Bus drivers/ transportation
I am riding my bike a lot in Los Angeles and have noticed those bus drivers entering bike lanes and pushing us bikers outside of it. This happened to me a few times here in Los Angeles and it is always a shocking event that could end with someones death. Three times it did happen to me in the past month it was always a black driver (I am a white man) so I strongly suspect it is racially motivated as racial tensions rise in the country due to mindless movements like BLM that use race baiting and such petty causes to turn normal blacks into hateful animals and sometimes criminals. It's horrible and we must fight such things at all cost...
bus service complaint letter
I would like to voice my dissatisfaction regarding the bus service. My complain is chiefly concerning the routine at 5th of November 2017 (Sunday), 11am from Mentakab, Pahang to Kuala Lumpur.
2. The bus broke down at Kampung Batu Tingkat, Temerloh, Pahang around 1130. I have waited for more than 2 hours which is from 1130 to 1400 and there is no solution given by the driver. By the way, there is coming by technical at 1400.
3. Attached is the bus plate number BKG 8824 and my seat is 10 which cost RM10.50.
4. I believe your company has a systematic solution to this kind of broke down incident. For example, sending an alternate bus to pick all the passengers, however, for the past 2 hours, there is no alternate bus sending by your company.
5. I sincerely hope there is proper explanation from your company regarding this unpleasant issue and the way your company driver treat your passengers after the incident happened.

Unethical behaviour of driver
On 10 Dec16, 9:36am, I was driving towards Port Dickson by using North South Highway together with my daughter. There was a Metro Bus (shown as per photo) with the number plate: BJH 8808 behind my car. I was in the 2nd lane from left, with the speed of 80km/hr. The speed limit is 90km/hr. The driver drove so close to my car for a distance. It's so scary as it looks so close.
Attached herwith some pictures taken for your action.
Strongly recommend to improve quality of Drivers. He/She may endanger people's life without any concern.
No.540 - monopoly serdang area
Buses are old, smelly, shabby, air-cond not function and some of them without holder. This is very dangerous for those passengers who standing in the middle in the bus. Chairs in the bus all are dirty and spoiled. Buses become lesser, it makes passengers waiting long time meanwhile all squeeze like sardins in a bus everyday. Price increased a lot compare to other bus and other line. Previously was RM1.00 but now is RM1.70 even same area. Senior citizen cant enjoy 50 percent discount and adult lost 20 percent discount if take Radipkl bus and using touch n go. The bus fare increased really burden to people who take bus everyday. Bus conductor bad attitude when collect money and driver smoking when driving. I hope SPAD can improve bus services and the price. Thank you.
Car accident caused by a bus (BJB 2485 METROBUS)
1/12/2015 7:45pm, I was driving from home towards Setiawalk, tired being stuck in a traffic jam. Suddenly, I heard a loud bang beside me on my left side and I saw a Metrobus appeared from no-where, crashing all the cars start from me and bear in mind we were all waiting at the traffic light, the line was not moving and I have no way to run, and yes, I (and those few cars in front of me) being hit badly by this bus. Calmed down from the after-shock, I came down from the car while all the other drivers start questioning the Metrobus driver. I looked at the damaged side of my car. Both my left front and back doors are severely damaged, left side mirror was lost from its place, I couldn’t bear another second looking at it. It was only my first car that I’ve only drove for the past one and only month! Anger came in when I realized that there is only grass path from the side where my car being hit. There is no road and no way for a car even a bike could possibly squeeze in, and that is definitely a big huge NO for a bus! I have no idea where the bus came from and what was in the driver’s mind. What was the bus driver doing? Was he fall asleep? Was he in a rush? Was he not noticed there is no road for him? Was he being robber in the bus? I couldn’t think. We all have had the bad experiences from public buses where some of the drivers use to drive recklessly, cutting queue, changing lane without putting on a signal light (or signal flashed for 0.001 second right before they changed their lane and forced all the other cars behind to halt), they put all the road users’ lives in threat and danger! I couldn’t imagine if I was one of the passengers on the bus, imagine the shock and shout. Looking at the second car right in front of mine was a Kembara. The left back corner was damaged and I saw a family of 5 sitting inside. Again I couldn’t dare to imagine if the case gone worst. I hereby demand for an explain from Metrobus, on how the company trained and selected the bus drivers, looking at the fact most of the Malaysian road users have negative impressions for your bus services. METROBUS still not yet contact victims for any reparation! So end up with nothing definite?
Rude Attitudes
I took bus from Jalan Ipoh to Kepong Jusco as usual. Today, I have the worst experienced. Normally student's ticket price ( which wearing a uniform ) was half from the original, but an Indian ticket seller ask me to pay the full price. Fine then, I ask him nicely to make sure that he didn't forgot about the ticket price rules. FIRST, he THREW me back my 50 cent which I pass it to him. SECOND, he turned around to collect other passengers' ticket money and I'm sure that I heard a sound "CIBAI" scolding out from his mouth. What's wrong with asking ticket price and what's wrong with his attitude aka manners? Is this the best service METROBUS NATIONWIDE SDN.BHD MALAYSIA can give to it's passengers OR they are just bullying students who don't dare to speak out their anger? I don't care if I paid more money but at least the attitude of the ticket seller should be better. I don't care this issue have a solution or not. I'm posting his photo to aware all of the bus passengers, and I hope the bus company can give me an explain as soon as possible.

I agree to this student.. Coz even i saw half photo only i still can recognize this stupid indian conductor he was so rude and worst indian i saw.
I don't like his attitude he so cruel his alway spit bad word to the passengers he so assuming that the metro bus is belongs to him no manners at all he always scold passengers he thinking his a boss "CIBAI, LAN CHAO" this is what he says all the time.
I hope this metrobus company will taken action bout this. Their route is going to Damansara Damai METROBUS 100.
Conductor steals customers wallet
I took a bus to puchong from kota raya at 6.15 pm by metro bus no 58. There were 2 indian nationals sitting in front of me.As we approached pearl point shopping centre, the 2 passengers got down. After a few minutes a passenger noticed that the indian national left his wallet on the chair and told the conductor. instead of giving it back to the passenger who just got down, he took and kept it in his pocket. before i could say anything, the bus has moved. as i was alone, i was afraid to say anything because the conductor is very rude. later the bus reached bandar kinrara, the passenger managed to catch the bus by taking a taxi there. he stopped the bus and asked for his wallet. to my dismay the conductor said he doesnt know anything about it and the bus moved. this is equivalent to stealing. it is unacceptable that there are people as such. the guy might have had some important documents in the wallet. please boycott metro bus as their service sucks and the honesty level is down in the drain.

I so agree with above complaint, i also face the same situation at bandar bukit puchong...I was waiting almost 1 hours, but there no bus available..it was so slow and unsatisfied service..please take an action and try to improve the service..tq

i know you're taking care of metro bus from puchong.i agree your service but where your driver is doing alot of mistakes.we are staying at puchong meranti from puchong .actually your driver/ employee must enter correct time to we're place but your employee/driver never think of anyones feelings and never take care also.and we already request from him but he never accepted it and whenever we request by the time he telling the good reasonable.we really hate it, our jobs and schools students and alot of stuff are have to do and go by correct time.because of your driver alot of us lost jobs and scolding from teachers.
we cant accepted this in we're lifes.we want a nice and good driver and good service like RapidKL Bus.you're always telling you're doing a good things like RAPIDKL bus but we didn't see yet also that.

Rude/Slow Drivers
Bus Driver on bus #236 is rude and non-responsive when spoken to. I ride the bus regularly from Balboa Blvd and Sherman Way, Van Nuys, CA. to Glenoaks Blvd and Hubbard St., Sylmar, CA., the driver is at least 20 minutes behind on most days and makes no effort to reach his designated stops in a prompt manner. The traffic can be light and moving well, yet he drives well under the posted speed limit. The the driver is incompetent and hesitant at operating a large vehicle, perhaps other arrangements should be made.

VERY RUDE DRIVERS
They worst thing I ever experience, 8 out of 10 times that I use metro buses there is always an angry driver putting pressure on you to hurry up not answering questions for new ppl using the service, sometimes they use bad words in my experience one day I was running to catch up the bus and I got there on time and my sister was behind me getting my baby to ride the bus while I was looking for the money to pay and the driver closed the door and said "im not waiting for anybody and you can call any number to clomplaint" and she speed it up I asked her to let me go down as my baby was crying and my sister didn't have money for the bus... And her answer was "call 911 is its an emergency" and she was making fun I got so mad that I took her driver number but I wasnt rude I just took that number and report it as im not like her... Finnally she left me in the next stop which was quite far from where my baby and my sister were.. And I had to walk like 3 blocks... Is undestandable for them not to want to wait "not even a second for us" but she could just let me go down or just dont let me got in or be nicer as im paying for a service. And i've seen a lot of cases like mine and worst while I use metro buses services but I dont know who can stop that as we all need the bus servicce.

Bus 8064 Line #2. Around past 12 noon. I have been distraught since Sat last week. I was crossing the street at Hillcrest/Subset Blvd., and for sure the driver saw me crossing hoping to catch the bus. Instead of stopping at the BUS STOP to let me hop in, he deliberately moved forward away from the bus stop. When I signaled in front of the bus so he could see me, he shook his head saying NO! I yelled: I will report you! Unfortunately, technically he cannot be reprimanded because I was not standing at the bus stop. But there’s more to it. I checked him out at the lay-over and approached him to desperately ask: why did you not give me a ride? He intentionally ignored me and even threatened me he’d call the police if I do not leave him alone. What? i should be the one calling the police for such arrogance and unkindness. I turned away and cried. How could a bus operator be so heartless? I wanted to know why not be considerate and serve people well. Why was he so ANGRY? I felt so disheartened, I don’t know if I can ever trust public transportation anymore. My wish is for this person to someday realize how disheartening was his behavior but also that we don’t deserve as passengers to get that kind of treatment. Life will teach him that lesson I hope! I just wanted to know WHY - why the anger?
If I have to pay my fare I should not be subjected to loud noisy announcements on my way to work if people don't know were that train is going by now they to relocate.
I am complaining about the expo line going into Santa Monica which I take every day metro has recently updated their announcements about each upcoming stop. They have it in English and Spanish the Spanish is horrible and annoying, it sounds as if they grabbed someone crossing the border and slapped them on a mic. It sounds very un professional, you wouldn't know if you were in LA or Mexico city.
Bus driver 9432, 204 line an African American lady scream at me because my tap pass wasn’t been read by machine. You should train them to be more poite to ya’ll customers since we’re technically paying them for their service.
Today I used a metro bus line up 8237 of route 152 and the guy was so rude that yelled at me for no reason, if this driver can't provide a good customer service should be fired, it was on Friday, July 13th 2018 around to 8:00 am in Vineland and Valerio, Sun Valley going to North Hollywood station.
Bus #5948 Driver Bandge #79236 on March 29, 2018 was driving like a drunk maniac. Beware of this bus driver. He's a white balding male with a beard.
On 11/24 I boarded on MetroBus line 728 at 8:43 on a corner of Olympic Blvd and Figuroea Blvd going towards Century City. After walking in, I put my tap card against machine to scan and it didn’t do anything. Bus operator told me to do it again and I did, nothing went through. Then he ripped the card from my hand and tried to do it himself, nothing. He stated your card is no good, you have no money. I have told him, I just prepaid for $10 at machine, since I used it at the morning silverline bus before taking line 728. Then he yelled to get out of the bus, because I keep doing it everyday. I stated I am not leaving the bus, he can call police to fix it. I stated 3x, I have prepaid it for $10 and do have money on a card. Also, it was a second time I have EVER seen this bus driver. He still holding my tap card said get out of the bus, then he put a bus in park mode and was ready to step out of the seat. I have repeated 4th time I have money on a card, fix your machine. He started clearing thing on it and it went through. See, I HAD MONEY ON IT. Without apologizing and admitting, he said ok. RUDE, I have exited bus on Beverwill Dr. I have been taking public transportation for few years now, but never was humiliated like this morning. For a second I thought this us operator was under substance or influence. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior to tell somebody to get out of the bus without any wrong doing or before analyzing falsely equipment. Also, good fundamental for a future lawsuit. I would like to hear an update on this complaint.

Who ever is the female driver (light skin African American) for 232 am line between 7am and 745 am going to l a x on pacific and Anaheim in the city of long beach has a very bad attitude and is very rude if I am early and so is the bus and you take off I start running and make it before you actually leave the stop I tap on the door and her response was " you need to make it on time or catch thee other bus cause I don't wait for no one is unacceptable especially if your early. I encountered this same lady two days later and I noticed her bus read that it was a short line so I get on the bus ask about her being a short line just to make sure that she's stopping at my stop and once again I get an attitude for no reason I just wanted to make sure she was going to my stop. Driving a bus you have to have customer service skills you deal with to many people through out your day its not that hard to be polite patience with your Riders if you can't do that then may e driving a public bus is not for her. She's just rude for no reason
I was waiting for a bus to South Arcadia in Olive/7th in downtown LA ..was waiting for quite sometime then finally bus #78 is approaching then as I ready myself, it just passed by without stopping .I looked up the stop sign and yes bus#78 is one of them (along with other buses). I chased the bus and got it because it was red on the intersection and pleaded to open the door, but she won't so I ran as fast as I could to the next stop and when I finally got on board, she told me I didn't wave my hand at the stop..What?Why? It's your stop and someone is at the stop so you have to stop..I must be happy I got to her bus...What? This bus driver needs a psychiatrist and shouldn't have her job at all.I'm sure 5 or more people willing to take her job. (4/29/16 - 1:48pm - 78bus 5851 So Arcadia route )
