Mesa Garage Doors review: No follow up with the installation

09/19/25 Mesa rep came to evaluate the issue. Instead of focusing the issue he convinced me to get a new garage door and asked for $100 deposit. He didn't provide a contract or receipt at the time and told me I would receive it via email by end of day with the installation date which was supposed to be Monday or Tuesday 09/22 or 09/23. I still haven't heard from anyone. I just called this morning, and no one was available to talk. I called my bank and placed stop payment on the check and canceled the service. Hopefully they will not try to cash my check.
