Mesa Garage Doors review: The worst experience

This is my second time ordering doors from Mesa. I had no problems the first time around. This second time around there is no words to describe what is still going on over a 1 year and two months later there has been no one to come out and fix the problem. When the doors were being installed this time around, I noticed the installer was not putting the panels together. I called immediately in regarding to that situation. I was told to let him finish because there is warranty on the doors and someone will be out right away to fix the problem. Well clearly, they are not honoring what they are telling me. I have had several people come out to see the problem. I would get a whole lot of promises when they come out to see the problem. They would promise me this would be taking care of and some of them even called it in while they were here looking at it. I also sent in pictures of the light shining thru the panels to different people in the company that has asked for it. I can go on and on. I have a year and two months of what is been going on. This is the short version of this circus that they are running. I can't forget about their poor communication and making appointments that they do not keep.
