Memory-of website has been down. I want to access my son's page. Photos and comments are on there! Please put this site back up. This is for grieving people who need to see the pages of their loved ones. Family and friends have posted photos and left messages that need to be accessed. They took our money and are not allowing s to use our own pages.
I would like the company to return all the photos and comments on my sons page - Erik Swanson

the memorial website called memory-0f.com has been down for months. All the photos, candles and tributes for my sister are no longer available to me. I paid for lifetime website in 2006. There have been intermittent issues over the years, but this is the worst so far. I attempted to access the site in beginning of July and it was gone. Just a message saying try back later. I have tried to access my sister's memorial page daily since then and just the this same message is there:

Memory-of.com is temporarily unavailable.

We appologize for the inconvenience.

Please check back in a few days.

So temporary has been over 3 months. There is no way to contact the site. Even prior to this I had been having an issue with the site of a correction on a tribute page to be corrected since I was unable to do myself. Click the button to send email for support. Doesn't work. I am sure there are lots of other people with this same problem. Thank you.

No warning! It's like loosing her again. My daughter was born still in 2009. I keep trying to see if the site goes back on line. We had an audio of her heat-beat and everything on there. We are talking years of people posting on that site and some of them have since died. It was sold as a way of expressing your feelings of grief. A bunch of people were just re-traumatized! 💔

Signed up for this website back in 2004 & it worked great for many years. However, in 2021 whenever I try to get to the site I get the unavailable message, please check back later. It is never available. Is anyone looking into this? We paid for a lifetime membership.

My sons site is gone. We paid for a lifetime. What a horrible service taking advantage of bereaved familes!

I went to the site to wish my daughter a HAPPY BIRTHDAY in heaven on August 29th but saw a message that the site was temporarily down. Since then, I have been unable to visit the site since the same message keeps popping up. I have since gone to memory-of.com and noticed several similar complaints. When I paid for my daughter's site, it was because of the ad that the site would be for life. I wanted people to know that my daughter once walked this earth and that she was a good person. I am hoping that the site is indeed temporarily offline and that it will be up and running soon.

We paid for the site on my mom, for life. In 2006. Now all of sudden can not access or see it. There are pics, condolences and tributes. We would like access, a refund, or all the stuff off the website return to us.

Paid for this memorial website to be hosted for life few years ago. Unfortunately from early this year, every time we try to access it...we get a message that "the site is temporarily unavailable". The memorial day of our father this year passed without us lighting the candles. Its been months since the website has bee down. Sending message to their email no one responds. Do not aggravate our grief and memories of our loved ones if your aim was take advantage of us

Web site page saying technical difficulties for several months. I paid for a lifetime subscription in 2007 for my son who passed away in 2005. Cannot access website as of September 4, 2021.

Went to light a candle today for the 19 year anniversary of my little sister passing away and realized it was down. then I found this page and obviously their check back in a few days is bogus. We have 19 years of candles, notes from her friends, and memories. My mother is going to be crushed. The website is for Kylie Sandberg [protected]. This is totally unacceptable as I also paid for a lifetime membership.

The website is down and has been for months. I was told when I paid for my daughters memorial site it would be up for life. www.kaitlyn-edge.memory-of.com Someone needs to look into this. I have pictures and memorial stuff of my daughter that passed away and that's the only access I have to them. I have been trying to access this website since Feb of 2021. It just keeps saying it's temp unavailable.

I have a paid lifetime page for my husband! Where is the page? Why does no one answer messages?
I paid for a lifetime page, I have many photos, articles, tributes, etc that I do not have the originals of.
I would like the page restored or send me all the contents of the page.
These are no replaceable items, I paid for you to have them in safekeeping on this webpage.

This company needs to send every single person their pictures and content from their site for a loved one who has passed. My Dad's page was very important to me and if the website had issues they could have at least told people to save their page on a usb drive before taking site down. I WANT my page I paid for to be available just long enough to copy the materials I worked very hard on putting together to honor my Father.

I'm contacting the media in no way shape or form is this ok we all have been through enough.we paid for this to have something to help us get through. We all have a story my son died in 04 I have pics on that site I don't even have anymore.i paid for lifetime.i feel for everyone who had wrote on here someone needs to investigate because who ever wrote this site is taking advantage of the grieving is completely correct. Not to have anyway to contact anyone should have been my first clue red flag.but when your grieving you are not thinking straight THATS WHEFE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE.

My little brother passed away unexpectedly in 2005 and I purchased the memorial website/ lifetime usage through memory of .com and the site disappeared. I am unable to access it. My family and all friends can no longer go the the website to see pictures that we have posted since his unexpected death. Visiting this page was so vital for his mother who would visit it on his birthday on the date of his death and any time she was feeling like visiting. These people created such a wonderful website for people that have lost their glovr one's and to have it just taken away is so unbelievably heartbreaking! We have years of notes from his friends and so much personal loving comments that have truly helped my family and now it's just gone with no notice no heads up nothing.

My son died of suicide in 2001. I created this website in 2003 for my son. Today I went to the site to soothe my soul and heart in remembering my son. I cannot locate the site. He died 5/5/2001. 😭😭😭😢

I paid for lifetime hosting of a memorial webiste for my mother Sharon Quinn in 2005. The entire website is gone. I have lost all the postings from freinds and family and the photos and poems. Im just heartbroken, again.

I've had this website since 2006 when my daughter passed! If you are no longer offering this website where is my data? I am heart broken! Unable to access the site, it states it is temporarily out of service check back in a few days, well I have been checking for months! Is the site down permanently ?

There is no contact number so there is no one to provide information on when the site will be activitated!

I paid for a lifetime site for two family members.
Now the sites are gone along with precious videos, pictures, timeline etc that I can no longer get back.
This was a place my family could go to light a candle, add pictures and relive the precious memories of my mother and father-in-law.
Many of these pictures we don't have anymore and the words of love are no longer there.
I am very hurt that over lost so much of our love and life with our loved ones.
