I bought some Covid testin kits on Medical Source, *** site in early Jan 2022. I paid for 3-day fast shipping too. They charged my credit card right away. But I never got the product. I emailed them 5 times and called and left messages 2 times but no reply at all. Other reviews say this happens a lot. I want my money back. They have a refund section on their site but it's not working now.

This company has some problems with their customer service. I used them 3 times during this pandemic and I won't use them again. While their prices are good, the more I used them, the less feedback I got. The last time I tried to contact them, I used their online "robot", email and phone, but I didn't get any information about when to expect my products. I tried several times, but I never heard anything from anyone until the items were shipped and arrived at my door. Also, according to the ComplaintsBoard.com site, their address is not the same as where items are shipped from. But both addresses are in the same industrial area.
