On 26 Oct. 2024, at 1:40 pm, I submitted a meal ticket for 12 Hot Wings. I handed to the ticket to the woman & asked "how is your day going?". She did say anything. I stood there, patently waiting on the wings. After a few minutes, hospital staff came in, submitted a ticket. Every one of them were getting burgers, which had to be cooked. The wings basket...

UofL Health Compassionate care during a tough time

I recently had to visit UofL Health for a surgical procedure, and I was quite nervous about it. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel at ease. The nurses were attentive and kind, answering all my questions with patience. My surgeon was not only skilled but also reassuring, explaining the process in a way that calmed my fears. The facility was clean, and the care I received was top-notch. Recovery has been smooth, and I attribute much of that to the excellent care I received.
