Mazda review: cx3 damaged sold as demo

Hi AdminPlease assist me.

I in inquire at CMH mazda durban for a car, sales lady who assisted me was Danelle Naido she said they have a 2021 demo never been own by anyone with 45619 km, She rushed me to sign without the car so that the bank won't decline, She said the car went for cleaning from the 28 of October till 1 november, When I finally saw the car on the first of November the car is damaged has dents the side mirrors only one fold. The side and the back was repainted, the TCS button if you press it goes further inside. I return the car 15 minutes after seeing that, She told me to come back the following day. I check with her and the manager Luke about  the condition of the car I was told the  car is fine they just cleaning it. I send it back to them. They took it and said the warranty will fix it  but they don't want to return my car. Please assist. I have no car now I dont want the repainted car because I dont knw the internal damage and it will decrease the value of a car when I decde to sell it She did not give me a contract she said she will call me to come and pick it up.
