I joined and paid for a one month subscription. I decided immediately upon viewing the profiles that I wanted to cancel. Your T&Cs say I can do so within 1 month and receive a refund. Every time I go to the cancellation page it takes me round and round in circles without letting me cancel. There are no contact details on your website to get assistance with this. If I can't cancel, I can't get my money back. I have a right to be able to do so.
