Massage Envy review: unprofessionalism

The Massage Envy at the Toco Hills Location is absolutely awful. The manager, Jasmine, does not belong in management. She doesn't seem to care. She doesn't listen to the customer. Every time I go, there is a different issue to the point of me deciding to never go back to this location. I would cancel my membership if I didn't like to get massages when my schedule permits. My appointments have been canceled and moved around the day I was suppose to come in. I have come in for a massage and then a facial but they have placed me in the wrong room so I have to get totally dressed after my massage and move to another room. This does not allow for relaxation only frustration. I have requested a woman and then go in only to have a man. This last visit on 3/26/19 was no different. The customer service was bad, my appt was screwed up, only one restroom was working, the receipt machine wasn't working and the manager did not care about any of it. Instead of listening she talks over you. Such a horrible attitude. I will NEVER visit the Toco Hills location again. I hope the next location I go to is much better than this one. I don't want a refund or anything. I want it to be known that this location is awful. It only makes sense to me now why multiple therapists have left this location.
