Massage Envy review: Unauthorized credit card charges

After speaking with Lauren Austin at the Brookside store I decided to withdrawal my monthly membership and since I still had a few massages left we did the Freeze Plus and that was submitted on November 16, 2018. The following transactions have occurred:

November 15, 2018 - $59.99
November 19, 2018 - $10.00
Nothing in December
January 8, 2019 - $10.00
January 14, 2019 - $59.99
January 24, 2019 - $10.00
February, March, April, May - $0
June 5, 2019 - $10.00
July - $0

I currently (August 19, 2019) have 2 Pending withdrawals from you for $59.99/each.

These transactions are inaccurate, random, etc. I do not know if this is a Corporate Error, and IT Error or if this is the particular store Error. I want this account completely cancelled out, I request to be reimbursed for the 2 pending transactions, because now I will be overdrawn $120.00 when these are applied to my account.
