Massage Envy review: thieves

I became a member at massage envy in Stafford VA. Due to never being able to get an appointment I finally decided to cancel after a year. I sent in my forms on July 3rd, i was charged again on July 30th. At this point I have 9.5 massages totaling $570.00. I called a location close to my job in August only to be told my account was suspended for non payment. Luckily I emailed the cancellation letter so I had proof. I sent it to the manager Mary Chamberlin, who refused to acknowledge it. I was told to pay for 2 more months, what a joke. I was suppose to have 60 days from the date I cancelled to use the 9.5 massages. I even contemplated keeping the membership until I had the unpleasant opportunity to speak with this poor excuse of a manager. They make the mistake and somehow expect me to pay for it. Absolutely not I will not let a franchise rob me of my hard earned money
