i won a massage at this location. i went there and received a great massage, was so thrilled with it that i made appointments for both my mother and i! before i was allowed to leave i was approached by a salesperson. i assume this is how it works here and i understand your company would like to try to get customers who pay on a monthly basis! i did inform the young man i was not interested in receiving the lower cost massages that i was perfectly fine paying regular price as i don't get massages often, did not want be obligated to a monthly fee, but was thrilled i found a place i could go now! he kept insisting i sign up! i kept insisting i was not interested! so long story short i went from being totally relaxed and happy to have a next appointment to not wanting to go back there! i did not cancel my appointment as i was so stressed out! i did not confirm i appointment and did not want to ever talk to them again! now i see on my credit card bill that i have a fee for $39.oo . i'm not happy about this and would like for you to please make right on this!
