Matthew Buxton, owner of this company, was supposed to obtain a driver to transport our car from PA to TX. They never followed through on that request, even after taking our credit card number. We are now trying to work with another broker but are unable to do so because Mr. Buxton will not remove our car from the dispatch board under his company's name. We have contacted him ten times via telephone, text and email to no avail. In our opinion, this is a terrible, unreputable company. We do not recommend working with them.

If I could give them zero I would. I called them to cancel my car transportation as soon as they heard cancelation, they hang up on me and blocked my number. When I called from my phone it says, "it cannot be reached from my calling area!" I called from another phone and Frank picked up he told me he will remove it and he does not know why Matthew Buxton has blocked my number for both of their numbers! It has been 24 hours and it is not removed yet. I do not simply want to use their services since I am disappointed with Matthew's reaction toward me. My cancelation is well in advance, and they do not have any credit card number, but I am not sure what kind of scam, scheme or trick they want to run by not canceling ID 5440997 on the board of transportation! It seems they just like to keep my car on the transportation board so no other company would be able to put my car on the transportation board that all these trans-companies are using!
Today 1/21/2022: I called from another number, and I talked to Frank and he promised me he will remove my car and cancel MY SHIPPING completely. It has been 2 hours and still, they have not removed my car from the board. I cannot trust a company with two or three different names: Massrec LLC; ultimateautotransport.net; Holy shipping.

This company is absolutely fraudulent. They stole my car and illegally charged me 400 dollars. If anyone had a bad experience with them, let me know as you can join in the claim. Their illegal actions, and evidence I have against them will ensure that we will win the case with little effort..

For anyone considering this company - do not use

On December 24, 2019, I signed up with ANM Transport to transport my vehicle from California to Alabama. They originally gave me a quote of $850. I called every day to see if they found a carrier to transport the car, every day and they told them they were going to expand the search. After a few days of getting the run-around, I continued to get quotes from other companies. One company said there was a bid out there by another company. When I called to see who put my info out there it was the same company operating as another. I knew then they were shading. On December 31, 2019, I sent an email to them canceling my contract. They told me they found a carrier to ship the vehicle for $1300. I explained it was almost $500 over the original quote and I would continue with the cancelation. Frank said ok and that was the end. On January 3, 2020, I received a text message they had someone to transport the vehicle and if I were interested to respond. I didn't respond. ANM Transport then took $100 from my account. When I called them they and asked for my money back and that it was illegal to take money without consent since we no longer had a contract, Matthew became argumentative, he told me he's not giving me my money back and hung up in my face and blocked my number. I tried to call from my husband's phone and he blocked his number as well.

Do not deal with this company. Search the internet, there are many, many reports of rip-off. If you were ripped-off file a claim against their bond #1302460. Great American Insurance Group. Bond Division. They were to transport a disabled Marine's vehicle. The transport company they contracted with cancelled the job because of truck problems. Vehicle was never transported, but Matthew & Frank went ahead and charged my credit card for transport and would not refund. They pretended to be PayPal when charging my card.

I transported the car and the company Massrec LLC hasn’t paid me. They said that the customer would pay with check and I would get it when the car would be delivered. But the owner charged the customer, when I was only driving there. The owner promised to pay me within a week and I didn’t get any check or money. Now I am fighting with this company, because the owner still hasn’t sent the check, which he has promised me within last four weeks.
