We had a real bad time at Martin Lake Resort, Inc

We had a real bad time at Martin Lake Resort, Inc. We rented two campers for a month after our house burned down and our grandson died. We paid $1960 with donation money, but the campers were a mess. The electricity kept flickering off and on in one camper, and the other one smelled like propane gas with no smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. We turned off the gas and found a bunch of roaches when we turned on the lights. We left and took our stuff with us, but the maintenance man said we wouldn't get a refund. We called and went to the office, but they said no refunds. They took advantage of our tragedy and we didn't even stay one night. Please help.
