These guys were amazing. Their service was thorough and so personable. The guys that did the roof completed it within one day. They cleaned up after they were done so that you couldnt even tell they were here. I recommended them to my friends and will recommend them to others as well.

Redid my roof...hired a subcontractor and didnt check up on quality of work...both steel roof and rubber roof were installed incorrectly...refuses to give deposit back...received letter from his lawyer ..called to discuss and will not return calls.

They were amazing! I had issue with a different company and they stepped right in to help me out. Once my insurance approved everything, they got to work and had it completed in 1 day. I had Dustin as my contractor and he answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and would definitely use them again if I had any other issues.

Martin Exteriors is a great guy and should get a raise. Most amazing person we have ever worked with! We already have recommended 3 neighbors to your company.. One already called Martin and was amazed he returned his call right away and is stopping over to look at roof tomorrow. Now that is service! we had a great experience with Martin exteriors. we had storm damage and they helped with the claim and had a very open line of communication on everything. we were able to call or text and have questions awnsered. and they always called to give updates or ask if we had updates when waiting on insurance. they did the roof while we were not home and you would never know they were there. we found a few nails in the lawn but that's to be expected. overall very pleased with the job and our new roof.

Martin Exteriors and his crew were amazing. Extremely polite and professional. It took them about 5 hours to install our new roof. It looks beautiful. Both Martin and his team member came out to check out the roof. Martin, the owner, even took time out of his busy day to call us. They are upfront about the cost and upfront about any additional material they may need (roof decking). Obviously they may run into unforeseen issues which is extremely common. I definitely recommend hiring this company. I give the company, and their employees 5 stars. Thank you so much for your hard work and professionalism!

Our sales representative, John Smith, really did a great job of encouraging us to get our church buildings inspected, even when we did not think a claim would get approved, and he was right all along the way. The results... a few months later all of the shingled roofs, facia and gutters on two of our three buildings were completely replaced and looked great, with almost zero out-of-pocket expense to our church. His team at Martin Exteriors worked with our insurance company to ensure every bit of damage was taken care of. It was a huge project, but very easy for us. Overall roofing job done well. Completed in one day, even with a few problems. Had a shingle color issue that they caught that caused them to tear off quite a few shingles and put back on. This left quite a few holes in the underlayment of the shingles, so I am not sure how well that will hold up. A miscommunication on the replacement of the skylight. They had to get a flush mount skylight after the wood was cut off that was to support the skylight. I did have to put some nails in a strip of flashing as the heavy wind was blowing underneath the flashing. I am still picking up old roofing debris and nails from around the house. I was told I would receive a zero balance receipt a few days later after the check cleared, but I have yet to receive it, though the check cleared over a week ago.

Nothing good to say about this company. Where do I begin? They told me it would take 1 or two days, but it ended up taking about 2 weeks. They showed up with a crew, but it dwindled down to a crew of 2 to finish the whole job. I asked for a heads up before they delivered shingles, but they never did. I had to call to get the guys to remove them so I could take out my boat. I had to park on the street because it took two weeks, and I was threatened with a fine by the police. There were roofing nails everywhere, they damaged my bushes, and my daughter even stepped on a roofing nail. They also dented the j channel that was put up on the new roof, and there were missing materials that were supposed to be put up. I asked them to take off the gutters 6 times, but they never did. I called and texted them over 30 times about these problems. Need I say more? I even asked them to at least pay for my $300 bushes, but they said they could only pay $200 because they weren't making any money, even though they went after my insurance for more than what was quoted. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this company.

I wouldn't hire them if I were you and I see based on some of these other reviews that we aren't the only one despite what we were told. They come across super great and wanting to handle anything/everything, eager, but once issues come up then it's a whole different story. We had a tornado with hail come through our property 14 months ago, and we still don't have everything completed. We have communicated with them so many time on issues that weren't even done or done incorrectly and looked like garbage, sent them pictures, left negative reviews, and still it's a joke! We were told that our bad experience was a fluke because they don't do business this way. We've had numerous crews come to our house to "fix" things but they stay for a couple of hours and then leave. We've been told they had fired those old crews and have new people so they send them over and same crap. They are used to dealing with people that don't know what they are looking at and so when they say they are done with the job those customers think they got stellar work done. NOT! This company should be ashamed of how they conduct their business. We are considering opening a small claim because we will now have to find someone else to fix their shoddy job!

I would not recommend Martin Exteriors or their services. We had a horrible experience and they were not truthful in their dealings.

Very responsive! An attic vent cover needed to be replaced and the specialist from Martin Exteriors responded the same day that I called. He was very polite and took the time to ensure that it was installed correctly.

We had unknown hail damage to our roof. Martin's inspector found it and was present when our insurance adjuster came to inspect. He went along with the adjuster to insure everything was pointed out. Our insurance paid for a new roof, which was installed in one day by a crew that was very thorough. They cleaned up everything, too. The entire experience was great.

First, I had a good feeling when meeting Martin Exteriors. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. Don't let his age fool you. He knows his stuff. After checking our roof, he found lots of hail damage and insisted he meet with our insurance agent in person to show him the damage. Both gentlemen were in agreement. After that, all arrangements were taken care of by Martin Exteriors, who was wonderful. A team of 12 to 14 showed up and removed the old shingles, put boards over all of my windows for protection, and covered our brick patio and driveway. The cleanup was unbelievable. We had old shingles and pieces of everything all over the place. All of the debris was removed. I tried to help pick up some debris, but they insisted that they can do it. They were done at the end of the day. They worked very hard. Our roof looks really good.
