I got a sauna from FinnMark Designs and it's been a lifesaver for my back problems. It was easy to set up and the cedar smells great!

I bought a sauna from FinnMark Designs, LLC and had some problems putting it together. The base had a screw that was all messed up and we had to take it out and put in a new one. But it wouldn't tighten all the way, so we had to use pliers and it damaged the base. There was also wood putty in a spot on the base which is not good when it gets hot. We had trouble aligning the holes for the door panel and found a little screw on the base that wasn't there before. The front panel is messed up and splitting, which is not safe for the glass. I tried to contact the company for a replacement or refund but they just gave me the run-around. I paid $4,000 for this and it's not acceptable.

I got a Hybrid model from FinnMark Designs, LLC this spring and I'm stoked with it. I was kinda worried about buying something expensive online, but it was a breeze to put together, it looks real slick, and it's a total escape. My lady has fibromyalgia and this thing has been a godsend for her. The sales crew was super helpful and I totally suggest them. Thanks!

I bough the 3-4 person FinnMark infrared sauna 'bout a year ago and luv the fact that it can go to 170 degrees and has full spectrum IR. I'd say that I use it on average 3 times per week and luv how I feel after. In fact, I like the sauna so much that I purchased a 2nd one for our little ski cabin. If you're lookin' for a well built, does what it says sauna, I highly recommend the FinnMark Designs Sauna.

I got a FinnMark sauna 'bout 4 months ago and been usin' it all the time. The work they did on the sauna panels is top-notch. I like my sauna at 'bout 120 degrees, but my hubby likes it hotter than that. The FinnMark sauna can handle both of our preferences without any trouble. I'm real happy I decided to get a FinnMark sauna.

We got the lil Influence Sauna and it wasn't heating up past 155. We gave 'em a call and this dude named "Dan" helped us out. Turns out, one of the big black plug-ins to the control box needed a reboot and then it hit 170 in a jiffy. Dan was chill and broke down what to check and how to do it, so we could make sure it was getting the right juice. If you run into any issues, hit up Dan! We're diggin' the sauna. Would def recommend.

We love our Finnmark infrared sauna! We looked for a long time and couldn't find anything as good and cheap as theirs. Our friends have a different brand and they paid $1500 more for theirs and it's broken down twice in less than a year and it barely gets to 140 degrees. They used ours when theirs broke and they already put theirs up for sale to buy a Finnmark. This company don't care about nothing but your money. They say this sauna gets to 170 degrees, but it don't. I waited 6 months for them to fix it, but all they do is make excuses. It's flimsy and wired wrong, and the main heater don't work. Eli and Joe Cruz just give me lip service, and GreenSmoothieGirl ain't no help either. I'm stuck with a $4500 paperweight now. I gotta sue 'em 'cause they don't care about me or their product. Don't buy this brand (influence sauna, Finnmark).

FinnMark Designs has been a real headache. It's been like 7 months and my sauna still ain't working. The parts don't even fit together right. I got a "scratch and dent" one cause they said it would come faster, but it took 2 months just to get it and then it didn't fit the base. I had to wait like 5 more months for a "custom base" and when it finally came, it was the same size as the old one! Now I'm waiting for my money back and for them to take away my scrap wood. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I got myself a Finnmark sauna on sale just before Labor Day and saved $500. I talked to a rep who was cool and gave me the sale price. Me and my son put it together in the garage in under 90 minutes and it got up to 170 degrees in 45 minutes, just like they said it would. It hits 150 degrees in 30 minutes. I got a different brand before for $2800 and it was weak and messed up (wood was warped so I couldn't put it together). So it was worth it to pay more for Finnmark. The sound system is dope and the wood is good quality. Me and my wife fit in it good (but I should have got a bigger one so I could lay down). The only thing I wish it had was a timer I could set to turn on and off, or even better, an iPhone app to control it. But I got it for the anti-aging benefits of the high temperature, which is 170 degrees.

We got our sauna from FinnMark in Jan 2021 and we're super happy with it. The sauna's top-notch, the team's responsive, and FinnMark's a legit biz. My wife and I put it together and it looks sick in our crib. The radiant heat's dope too. It came with a basic control board that turns on/off, sets temp/duration, and plays music. After using it for 18 months, we wanted a new feature to program a start time. Like, if I'm at work all day and wanna use it at 4PM, I wanted it to start warming up 20 mins before. I hit up FinnMark in Oct 2022 to see if they had an upgrade for that. They did! A new programmable control panel that's easy to replace. We ordered it right away and it's amazing. We use our sauna way more now and don't wait for it to warm up. Highly recommend FinnMark and in-home saunas.
