I want to thank Harman and Jakob for coming and informing us about their windows. They were both courtesy and friendly. They were professional and very knowledgeable. The only thing is I wish we could get the lowest rate up front instead of playing the game of discounts In order to seal the deal. We knew it was coming. Any how. I pray it works out that they can do our windows. We have to check our budget. Thanks again

Overall, we had a nice experience discussing our package with Lindsey O back in May 2022. She was very informative, educated, sweet and not pushy which is always a good trait to have in sales. Everyone across the board has been helpful about getting our questions answered. Our window installer Mark was professional and the quality of the windows are great. He even dropped off some gutter pins when I couldn't find them at three stores which he went above and beyond. Great company!

4th time going with All-Weather Seal. We have had the best service on the installation. We've had these windows since 2015 and they are just as good as the day they were installed and we had them tested to make sure. We did our job as we could afford it and finally have all of our windows and patio doors finished. They are exactly as advertised. Jeff was very helpful to work with us. We would advise anyone that needs replacement windows to go with All-Weather Seal. You won't be sorry.

Calvin was amazing. He shared so much expertise about his products and others. He took the time to answer any questions I had and share his knowledge without even asking. He went above and beyond trying to make sure I was going to get the best product for what I could financially afford by providing me with the information he has obtained. Never tried to sell me on something knew I could not afford. Treated me like I was a friend and talked to me on a personal level. In a sales business this is NOT the case for the most part. He is a true asset to the company.

My project was to install vinyI siding over the wood siding on a lakeside cottage. I was impressed by the industrious crew of 2 men that showed up every day between 8 and 8:30. They showed obvious experience as they applied the siding and worked diligently with only a 30-40 minute box lunch break. The project required a lot of cutting and trimming around many square and curved windows and it was well done. They answered all of my questions during the project and so far the look of the new siding has met all of my expectations. I would work with Weather Seal again for any future renovation plan.

I had an issue with one of my windows. Mark Sullivan was the gentleman who came out to deal with it. He showed me what the problem was and thank goodness it was a minor thing.He spent quite a bit of time showing me different things about my windows,including what I was doing wrong. Thank you so much,Mark for all of your help.I hope I don't have any more issues,but if I do I hope it is Mark who comes out. He is very nice,treats you with respect and is very friendly and knows his job. I would recommend him to anyone that might have an issue with their windows.that's all I have installed from All-Weather Seal. Again,thank you,Mark.

Can't say enough about All Weather Seal ! Best service ever! Just finished the rest of my siding on my house! Morning after job was done recieved a call from Don checking on how everything turned out ! Came over soon after called Don & Sully followed through! Both are extremely great at making sure everything was done great! They make you feel you can ask any question & go above & beyond at helping & even with a BEE issue that they didn't have 2 help with AWESOME Don & Sully! As always it was! Have done most of my windows with AWS too, since 2012! Am getting almost done still a couple of windows left to do! That is 1 of the best things I Love about AWS you can do your projects to what fits your budget as you work 2 get it done! Never would use anyone else! Thank you AWS & Team

AWS replaced all of our windows and installed doors for our home. We were very impressed with the initial presentation as well as the perfect workmanship of the installation. A+++++++++ company! We now need a new roof and we called AWS of course! Jeff arrived at our home to give us an incredibly informative presentation. He is so knowledgeable about the company's products and the business and was able to show us that, if we chose AWS, that we would, indeed, have chosen the best roof available. We DID choose the AWS roofing! He had facts and tests to prove his statements about the high quality of AWS's roofing. We are very excited to get our new roof and we are also VERY CONFIDENT that the product and workmanship will be topnotch. Yes, we love AWS! If we could give you a 50-star Rating we would!

was punctual, friendly and polite and seemed very knowledgeable and excited about the windows All-Weather Seal had to offer us. We certainly learned a ton about what makes a quality window, but the three hour visit was much longer than we thought really necessary. We did feel pressured to make a decision same day for the additional discount they could offer on the hefty cost of replacing nine windows even though we'd barely begun to gather estimates. He definitely sold us on the product and the price was within the ball park of what we expected with the discounts, but I really didn't like the fact you had to sign a contract before he left in order to secure the majority of the available discounts. We feel okay with our decision so far given the prompt follow up afterwards with the main office and confirmation measuring by a second employee, but it will be several months before the windows arrive so it's hard to know how to feel so early in the process.

I decided that I could no longer wait to have the windows in our house replaced. I contacted All Weather Seal and they sent a representative to our house the next day. *** from All Weather Seal came out and did a fabulous job of demonstrating the windows. She was kind, polite, respectful and very thorough. In fact some of the demonstrations that she did to showcase the windows were flat out astonishing. She was patient with our 2 year old, who is a good boy, but sometimes is still a pest. I can't think of a thing that I would change with the way *** does her presentation. We were set on NOT making any quick decisions but decided that these were the windows that we wanted and this is the company that we want to do business with; thanks to ***. I can't wait to have our windows installed. We have to wait a bit, but that is understandable considering the labor/supply chain issues that are rampant currently. *** is a great representative for All Weather Seal and makes me believe that we have picked the right company to replace our windows.

They prove with examples and presentation that they sell a premium product. What was not necessary was a 5 hour visit for a window quote. The representative was very knowledgeable but the hours long presentation could have been avoided once it was apparent that we already knew everything he was showing us. They do pressure you into making a decision on the spot for a $20,000 dollar plus investment. They pressure you by offering a discount for signing a contract on the spot. When told that you are waiting on other quotes they pressure you even more by questioning your decision. They question why you would pass up the discount and word questions to make you agree with them that they sell the best product in town and why you wouldnt go with them. I did choose them because the product seems worth it. Now they are pressuring me to do this review even though they have not supplied their services and product yet which will not be for a few more months. The product and service seem worth it even though I havent received it. But the un wanted pressure and pestering isnt.

I would not recommend this company for the installation of windows. Originally, I ordered 8 windows for the front of my house. They were only able to install 5 of them the first day because 3 were measured incorrectly. In addition to this issue, I had to have "wrap" installed on the 5 windows because the new windows were not the same width as my old windows. So there was a huge gap. I did not want "wrapping" because I have custom trim on my home around the windows outside and I did not want it covered up plus it was an additional $150 cost per window. So I feel like it was a "bait & switch" because I didn't know I had to pay that much until the day of the installation and they had already installed the new windows. I had no choice but to pay for the wrap because I wanted it to look like a finished product. After this hassle the day of the installation the installer informed me he would return in 2 days to do the wrapping. However, he didn't return in 2 days to do the wrapping. It took him 12 days to return to complete the installation. During the 12 days he called every other day with an excuse why he couldn't return. Finally on the 13th day he came out to finish the installation and wrap the windows. The wrapping turned out well but I think it's way overpriced at $150 per window. I called the owner and sent him a registered letter indicating the problems I had with the installation. Needless to say, I cancelled the other 3 windows and will look for another window company.

Sales representative was VERY knowledgeable and the sales pitch was excellent. My wife and I really learned a LOT about windows that we did not know before. Their prices are higher than I was expecting, but, after all the info we learned about windows, I feel like you are definitely getting what you pay for. The sales pitch was a little longer than we expected ( I believe they were at our house for 2.5 hours), however, like I previously said, they really go in depth explaining to you why their windows are of such a good quality and how they compare to competitor windows, which I did find helpful. They offer you fairly significant discounts, however, in order to qualify for the discounts, you have to sign a contract before the representative leaves. This makes you feel pressured into making a decision before you are ready. We were still in the process of receiving quotes, but due to the pressure felt at the time and the quality of the products, we did sign a contract for a large new window and slider patio door. I do have to say though, even though you feel the pressure of the moment with the discounts, the sales representative did not "shame" us or try to talk us into a larger purchase than what we were comfortable with. We got two separate quotes, one for our two main projects and one for the entire house, and in the end decided the entire house was not in our budget at this time. He was more than respectful with that decision and did not attempt to pressure us into a larger sale. They currently are about 5 months out for installation, so I am unable to speak to that part yet. That being said, the sales representative was absolutely great and really sold the product to us.
