Adam was with me every step of the process. He was available by phone and responded to my questions on time. The crew worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Adam checked in with me after the job was done to make sure I was happy with it. Great job!

Brothers Construction, LLC did a great job puttin' up our new roof! They were real pros and explained the whole process and helped us out with our insurance company. Jesse G and Brothers Construction did an amazin job on my roof. My house is over 50 years old, so they ran into space boarding and other obstacles that they took care of expertly and graciously. All of their people were wonderfull. Their ability to work with my insurance company and all the various inspectors was really important to me, and they are truly top of the line as far as dealing with people goes. Brothers Construction inspected my roof and found out that I had hail damage. I'm so grateful that they were willing to do that at no cost and also worked with me, the homeowner, and my insurance company Safeco seamlessly. During the removal of the old shingles, they discovered that the wooden underlayment needed to be replaced as well due to bringing it up to code. Again, they worked with myself and my insurance agent and were able to continue with the job and complete it within two days. The entire process was stress-free. I was able to ask questions or call someone in the management capacity if I had a question. There was a final inspection, my property was clean of all debris and materials, and my new roof is beautiful. Excellent work. I'm very thankful. I have a sign in my yard and I'm happy to refer them with confidence.

Brothers Construction is the best company I've ever dealt with. They fixed all my plumbing and drywall problems perfectly. Then they installed a new roof and shed roof for me in 4 1/2 hours! It was amazing! They cleaned up the mess and then some. They left my yard looking better than it was before. I can't say enough about the honesty and integrity the owner *** puts in the work his company does. He also worked with my insurance company which was a nightmare and made things easy for me. I can't say enough about the personal service and dedication his team puts into every job that they do be it little or big. Brothers Construction is #1 in my book and I will never call anyone else when I need something fixed. They can keep a sign up in my yard for the rest of the year. I bought a house in April and it needed some roof fixin'. My realtor recommended Brothers Construction 'cause they did work for her before. They came to my house and did the job they were hired for, and they promised a 5-year warranty. But in November, when it snowed, I noticed a lil' leak in my garage ceiling. So, I called 'em up and left a message with the secretary. She said a project manager would call me to set up an appointment. A whole week went by and no call. I called again, and the same lady answered and took another message. Another week passed, and still no call. This went on for a couple more weeks. Then, outta nowhere on a Thursday, a man and a lady showed up at my house to check out the roof, without even makin' an appointment. I wasn't home, so I asked if they could come back the next day. They came back and looked at the roof, sayin' it would take 'em 6 hours to finish the job. They said they'd come back the followin' Saturday at 8 a.m. But on Saturday, they didn't show up at 8. The lady called me and asked if they could come around noon 'cause it was a bit chilly in the mornin'. I said it was fine. Noon came and went, and still nothin'. I called the lady around 1, and she asked if it was okay if they came at 3. Even though I was frustrated, I said yes 'cause I just wanted the job done. Then, around 2pm, she called again and asked if it was okay if they came tomorrow, which was Sunday, 'cause they were in Santa Fe. At this point, I was really frustrated 'cause they wasted so much of my time. But I agreed for 'em to come on Sunday. Finally, they showed up on Sunday. They were on the roof for maybe 2 hours, even though they said it would take 6. They told me they didn't have enough materials and said they'd come back on Monday with the rest. But I don't think they did 'cause the leaks got worse with another rainstorm. My garage was full of water puddles. I had to use buckets and trash cans to catch the water pourin' through my garage ceiling. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. They're so unprofessional, and the owner never returns any phone calls.

6/13 Brothers construction was at a neighbor’s house giving them a quote when I walked outside and was approached by their team. A lady came up to me and said how would you like a free roof? I was taken back at first and seen that they were working with my neighbor and decided to listen to their story. They came in my house and explained to me that all I had to do was call my insurance company and complain of hail damage. I called my insurance and they arranged to have someone come to my house. The lady then told me they would pay my deductible if I put A sign in my front yard for 30 days. She then quickly asked me to sign a paper that sated I wanted a free roof. The couple explained to me how they go to church and kept me occupied while I was signing it. Looking back, I feel like I was rushed, I don’t feel I was given all the information I needed to make the right decision. 7/04 I got a letter in the mail saying that I was approved for the roof to be replaced. I was given a check that had the deductible and depreciation costs taking out of it. Brother Construction did not pay the deducible like they lead me to believe they were. I tried to call Brothers this day but I was not able to get anyone to answer. 7/06 After talking to my neighbor, she explained that they had done our other neighbor’s house a few days before we saw them. I was than worried because the people that did that home were very unprofessional, I did not see any of them wearing PPE. They had trucks parked very erratically all over the block. The roofing materials looked very cheap. Materials and trash were left all over the place and the install does not look up to standard of what it should be. All the pipes on the roof look very poorly sealed. I then started looking into the Brothers Construction company and was surprised to see that they do not have a google page, no reviews. I looked up their address and it looks like they work out of a trailer, no signs of their business are present. Felling like I had now been taken advantage of I decided to look into other contractors to see what the cost should be and if I should use someone else. So, I looked up the top tier contractor and arranged to have him come to my house that night. When he arrived, he gave me 3 grades of roof materials to choose from with Brothers I was not given a grade option. He also came in at half the cost of what Brothers was trying to charge me, provided me a quote with all the labor and materials broken down like I had asked from Brothers but were denied getting one from them. 7/07 I called brother construction to ask them to provide me a quote for the work they will be providing. The lady told me their quote is the estimate I got from my insurance lady. I then explained to the lady that I need to see the cost of materials, labor cost’s broken down in a quote so I can understand it. She said no to providing me this quote which then made me feel like this would not be the right decision for me and my household. I explained to the lady that I did not want to use them anymore which she quickly replied sir we have a written agreement. I then asked if I don’t use you are you going to sue me? She then replied that decision is not up to me. I asked if I could speak to the person of who’s decision it was, and she hung up on me. Now I really do not feel comfortable using them in any capacity, I feel that Brothers construction is taking advantage of people and misleading them. I am seeking this agreement discarded based on the below reasons. • Denial of quote form Brother to provide details of materials and labor costs. • Poor workmanship and quality of installation on my neighbor’s house. • Safety concerns, No PPE worn, erratic parking hazards, no safety signs for overhead workers while construction was in place. • Trash and left-over materials left all over our streets. • Cheap labor and installation at above costs not giving me the consumer a fair deal. • I called the owner Jesse G and left messages and never received a response. I am trying to avoid which could be a even worse problem for both parties. I feel that if they proceed with any installation it would be even harder to reverse any wrong doings by them and cause more hardship for both of us. I think it is in best interest of both parties to find their businesses elsewhere.
