Truly and clearly a customer focused group. This service department helps every and anyone when it comes to servicing your vehicle. A very efficient and focused group.*** who is one of the service managers there consistently deliver absolutely great service to any customer. He will ensure that your vehicle will always be completely repaired or service. Five stars for this group because they will accept walk-ins as well as keeping their appointments with their current customers. Keep up the great work!

Marietta Toyota Always been happy with the service until my long time service advisor left

Always been happy with the service until my long time service advisor left. Last oil change they told me I needed windshield wipers, I got them that day and they were installed. Today, they told me again I need windshield wipers. They also told me I needed transmission service and that it should be done at 50k miles, I am at 79k and they are just telling me? Why wasnt it done at my big 60k service? Has it already been taken care of or does it really need it? I feel like I cant trust them now. Feels like they are just searching for ways to get my money.

Marietta Toyota *** and *** were awesome

and *** were awesome. My Taco was repaired and delivered as promised, 1.5-2 hours. Supply chain was unbelievable, too - ordered the parts Thursday afternoon, *** said he would call me Friday around *** when the parts arrive, got the call at *** today/Friday, at *** car was brought in, around *** I brought the car back home with a newly replaced R taillight, R chrome bumper, and bumper set protector. *** who did the estimate was spot on, as well. I do not know the technicians name, but she/he did a an awesome job, as well. Thank you everyone!

Really enjoyed service advisor *** assistance with my 2016 Camry hybrid conventional battery replacement. Very professional and a great sense of humor. The service was accomplished very expeditiously and economically. Will not have any hesitation requesting his help again in the future.

Marietta Toyota I have been going to Marietta Toyota since June when I purchased my 1st new car

I have been going to Marietta Toyota since June when I purchased my 1st new car. They still service my vehicles, including the newest model. *** is the representative that helps me each time. He is awesome. He is funny, very inviting, and make you feel like you're apart of the Toyota family. He is very attentive, helpful, & gets the service completed within a good timeframe. He treats my family well when they bring my car to be serviced too. I recommend him to everyone. I drive from *** to come here specifically for their customer service. It is impeccable.

Your service department is always polite and friendly. However after getting an oil change I checked under the hood to check the oil level before leaving and I noticed that I was down almost a quart of oil. The service advisor was informed and apologized. He corrected the issue but i was disappointed.

Marietta Toyota Your customer Service is terrible

Your customer Service is terrible. Not only did your rep not call me back, you wont discuss pricing over the phone, and when your sales rep *** get his way he stomped away like a child. Not discussing pricing over the is a bad practice because it could have saved your Rep and me time Also how does a blue sr5 Tacoma msrp for *** and your final number is ***?( I mean other than you trying to price *** it) Until the end of my days I will try to convince every person I meet not to shop here. You need to call your sister store in Athens and then to properly train you in customer service.

Marietta Toyota I have a 2020 Corolla and with the purchase came oil changes and tire rotations

I have a 2020 Corolla and with the purchase came oil changes and tire rotations. I scheduled an oil change on a Friday afternoon at 12:30. I had my toddler Son with me. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked how much longer and they were just then putting the car into the building to do the service. I understand they don't make any money off of the service during the date of service because the oil change was a package during purchase, but they should still be respectful of people's time. I made the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait near as long to have a 10 minute oil change service. I won't be back to complete my other oil changes included in my package.

Marietta Toyota I purchased a used vehicle on 12/31

I purchased a used vehicle on 12/31. Less than two months after purchasing the vehicle, the car started jerking and accelerating without warning. I called the dealership over twenty times and received absolutely no help. A week ago, I paid $500 to get the car repaired. They said it was in poor condition and the entire car needed a tune-up and new spark plugs. The car currently can not be driven and is awaiting its second repair. The check engine light started flashing while being driven today and is currently undrivable. The entire car purchase was unsatisfactory from the moment we walked into the door. Purchasing a car here will just cost you more money sooner than latera horrible, horrible experience.

Marietta Toyota Service advisors are not professional enough

Service advisors are not professional enough. Everytime I arrived there, no one came to me to greet me and asked what I want to do for the car until I asked someone. The first time I was there I provided my home address, but the advisor input wrong into the system. I have asked to correct it several times, but by yesterday I went to there for service again, I see my address was still not printed right on the bill. Yesterday, after service on my car was completed, no one came to me to tell me the car is ready. I have been waiting in the lobby for some extra time without knowing my car is ready. Otherwise, I would be back to home earlier. Overall, I feel this location is really poor of service and would not recommend if you have other choices

Marietta Toyota I just had a major service completed on my **** Tundra

I just had a major service completed on my *** Tundra. Timing belt and Water Pump replaced. B.T.W. my truck has over *** miles on it. I made my appointment and the service Mgr *** saw to it that I was eligible for a rental. It took 2 days 4 them to complete the work. But I didn't have to have to borrow my wife's vehicle because of the rental. My truck runs like new, and my goal is to get *** miles before I purchase another Tundra. We have 3 Toyota products and, all of them get service @ Marietta Toyota. I don't trust any other touching my vehicles. The mechanics are well trained, and my family gets quality service. All the Service Reps treat us with respect, and the waiting room is comfortable. Thanks 4 taking good care of our vehicles, and keeping us employed.

My daughter got a letter in the mail from Marietta Toyota stating that she won a new car, free set of tires, $500.00 Walmart gift card or $25.00 gift card. They didn't let her spin the wheel that was there for the event nor did they allow others to spin the wheel that had the same letter. They gave her a hand written note saying she had won $25.00 in Toyota service. I spoke to a few salesmen as we were leaving and they were very disrespectful. They told us they could give us a free cruise if we want it. This is a SCAM and I suggest that you not go to Marietta Toyota for anything. They are very bad people and running a scam just to get names and numbers so they can call people for a new car. We all know that they don't give up and will call you several times a day. Again, Marietta Toyota is running a SCAM...

Marietta Toyota After coming back from vacation and my husband's car going bonkers, He wanted to trade his in for a Corolla Cross

After coming back from vacation and my husband's car going bonkers, He wanted to trade his in for a Corolla Cross. He made an appointment with *** and we looked at new car options and payments. All of the numbers seemed extremely high from the get go, we felt highly pressured before walking out that day. The Corolla Cross that we wanted was not on the lot, so we had to "order" the next one. The dealership required a "down payment" for delivery of the car. When we got home, we discussed that the numbers seemed extremely high, and that the salesman refused to give us the documents with the numbers on them. We changed our minds the following week and called *** to cancel, but he told us that our "down payment" was non refundable. It is substantial amount and something that we could not really afford to loose. We sent a certified letter to the dealership's sales manager demanding refund, but to no avail.

After a negative sales experience at Marietta Toyota on ***. We will never shop this *** Toyota dealership again, I would not recommend anyone else waste time or money doing so. Our Salesman *** and Internet sales manager *** assured my wife and I the vehicle, a new 2022 Toyota 4Runner would be in stock and available to purchase at a confirmed price of $51,788. Upon arrival from ***, the vehicle was not at the dealership, but the price had increased by $5000+ a "market adjustment." per ***. Additionally, Marietta Toyota on *** added a $1000+. option that could only be redeemed (partially) at Marietta Toyota on ***. This is an honest and truthful review that relates to our experience. Your's may vary. Please make your own educated decision about visiting or purchasing a vehicle from Marietta Toyota.

Marietta Toyota Started dealing with their Internet Sales person (James C***)

Started dealing with their Internet Sales person (James C). I was interested in a Toyota and asked to have him send me the out the door price for the car since I did not want to be surprised by non disclosed markups. He told me that he could not provide me an out the door price and that I had to come to the dealership to do so. I ended driving 25 miles to the dealership and was met by another representative (Tully S). I explained to her that I was comparing sales offers from different Toyota dealers for similar cars and that I was told to receive a written out the door price for the car I was interested in. She told me that I "did not look like a serious buyer" and that they would not give me an written out the door price. I found the sales tactics of this dealership deceiving and untrustworthy and it seems that the salesperson may have sized me as a "not serious buyer either because of my request or because of being Hispanic. Either way I would advise against buying a car from this dealer

BUYER BEWARE - Don't even bother with the internet sales people. After my conversation with the General Manager he confirmed that they are basically trained to mislead people. I reached out to the internet person to get the price of the car. I realized that there would be sales tax, etc. but the price of the car should be what is included ON the car. I asked the internet person does this include everything and I was told yes that is the price of the car but if you come in you might get a better price. "Knowing" the price I manually added sales tax etc. so I knew what I was looking at. When I got to the dealership the price was not what I was quoted. i showed them the email and was told that was before all of the dealer added items. I said take them off then I don't want them. Give me for the price quoted. I was told we can't take them off. So for me that became "part" of the car and should have been in the price. When I talked with the GM he said he listed to the call and I didn't not specifically ask if the price included any dealer extras. "IF" I had asked that particular question that had been instructed to provide me with the extra pricing. I wound up buying a car there and paying the higher price because of the shortage of cars and my wife's car had been totaled and we needed a replacement. Being normal times, I would have walked out and gone to another dealership. HOWEVER, I WILL NOT BE BACK AND WILL NOT EVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THEM. Like I said BUYER beware.

Marietta Toyota I went to Marietta Toyota for the second time in a few months because the tire pressure light came on again

I went to Marietta Toyota for the second time in a few months because the tire pressure light came on again. All the tires were filled with air properly, just like last time. I hope they do a good job checking everything and fixing any broken parts. It seems like the sensors in the car aren't working right.

Marietta Toyota I got my Toyota Yaris from Marietta Toyota in July last year

I got my Toyota Yaris from Marietta Toyota in July last year. I also got an extra warranty that covers the protective foil around the car for life. But now, the foil got damaged by a little stone and Toyota won't fix it like they promised. The sales guy, Mitchel Davis, told me that any damage would be covered, but that's not the case.

I bought a car from Marietta Toyota for $10,500 and paid cash. After just 5 weeks, the AC stopped working and the dealer won't fix it. I told the manager that either they sold me a car with a bad AC or it went bad shortly after I bought it. I wouldn't have bought the car without AC for that much money. This is a big problem that should have been fixed before selling the car. The main part of the AC needs to be fixed and it costs $2,500. I had a service done on the car before this issue with the AC came up.

I went to Marietta Toyota to look for a car, but they went ahead and ran my credit without asking me first. I didn't even buy a car or say I was going to buy one. This happened on November 27. I talked to the finance manager and told him what happened, but he said his staff did nothing wrong. I asked for proof that I said they could run my credit, but they haven't given me anything yet. They won't even write a letter to take the inquiries off my credit report because of their mistake.

Saw new Tundra Hybrid on Cargurus at Marietta Toyota on 5-28-22 for $67,000. When talked price, manager put $15,000 markup on truck. Manager was rude, said can sell for 15k more. Asked how they advertised for one price but wouldn't sell for that, was told they didn't put it up. Can't explain how it got there. Seems illegal or should be investigated for price gouging. On Jan 15, 2021, I went to Marietta Toyota for a checkup, oil change, and wiper change. I was there from 7am to 8:30am. But, it seems like they didn't do a good job with the checkup, even though they said they did. On Mar 26, 2021, I went to Nalley Toyota of Union City because I heard a grinding noise when I used the brakes. They told me that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced or fixed. So, I called Marietta Toyota to ask about my visit in Jan. At first, they couldn't find the report for the checkup. Later, Ashley *** from Marietta Toyota gave me a report, but it had wrong and mixed-up info. Then, Ashley *** said it wasn't their fault.

Marietta Toyota I bought a Toyota Camry 2017 from Marietta Toyota dealership on 08/03

I bought a Toyota Camry 2017 from Marietta Toyota dealership on 08/03. They quoted me a price of $18500 including all taxes and fees. I made a down payment of $4000 from my debit card and wanted the rest amount of $14500 to be financed. The dealership said they have a bank, Santander Consumer USA, and they can get my loan financed with them with an interest rate of 22 percent as I was a new buyer and had no credit history. I agreed as I was told that I can refinance once I get my credit built up. However, the dealership added a $3000 plus warranty without my consent to my loan amount and made that $17900 instead of $14500. I asked them why, and they said I signed for the warranty, but I didn't sign for any warranty, and I don't need that. I asked them to cancel the warranty, and the dealership offered me another interest rate, this time 20 percent, but didn't change the loan amount and made me sign another agreement. I asked again about the loan amount, and they said they would cancel the warranty and pay that $3000 to the bank Santander Consumer towards my loan balance, but they never did that. It's been more than three months, and I have been given a runaround by the dealership, and I still didn't get my money back. I'm stuck with a 20 percent interest rate, which I cannot refinance until I get the warranty money back on my loan amount. Whenever I call or visit the dealership, nobody helps me, and nobody listens to me. This Marietta Toyota dealership did a warranty fraud with me, and the warranty page also says it's not mandatory to have the warranty to get the loan financed, but still, I cannot get my money back from this dealership. The people involved are Ricky, sales manager, Jose Ledoux, sales manager, and Terry Carter, finance manager. I also called the bank Santander Consumer, and they said that if the dealership cancels the warranty, it takes 45 days from the date for them to receive the refund money, but they didn't receive any refund or cancellation. It's been more than three months now, and I think maybe because of my religion and my appearance, I have been discriminated against by this dealership. That's why whenever I called and went there, I was ignored, laughed at, and their sales manager, Ricky, even mentioned to do whatever I want; they have lawyers to take care of this.
