I reserved a king suite w/ocean view & balcony, I called 3 weeks before to confirm my room had balcony & ocean view, advised I have a balcony over pool & sea view from bedroom. Arrived-I had a bedroom view of back st behind the hotel, balcony w/side st view. I advised front desk, they said can give you a king room with balcony, they charged me same price, reqd invoice twice, no inv received, room was not clean, hair in bed, no toilet paper, dirty floors

Desired outcome: SIN EC NOT ADVISED THE TRUTH ABOUT ACCOMMODATIONS, DIRTY ROOM AND SMALLER ROOM I FEEL I SHLOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED LESS. WOULD LIKE A RESPONSE AND AN INVOICE PLEASE
