Air Margaritaville — service
We sat down at the bar (thinking it might be a bit faster) for a drink and possible food before our flight. We never were acknowledged. Another patron had to remind her twice he needed his drink. She proceeded to tell people they were short staffed. After over 20 mins and still NO acknowledgement, I called to speak with a manager. I was told Abraham was going to come and speak with me and it ended up being a supervisor that wasn't Abraham, Which we saw (the supervisor) earlier doing nothing while the bartenders were running around. She came over to talk with me and only said sorry and NOTHING was done about it. In the meantime the bartender was taking pictures of the glasses and mess that was around and said out loud it was evidence. She was very wrapped up in the person who left them high and dry. At one point we finally said something and to her and she said " now she was going to move slow". She also told us she doesn't pick her customers because we told her that we were sorry but she picked this job. Instead of being so wrapped up in what was not being done, she could have been making alot of money being nice and aknowleding customers! The worst part about is, there was a patron that comes in there a lot and said this particular bartender is always mad. VERY SAD!!
