Marco's worst customer service ever

place an order online. did the tracker on my order, showed delivered. nope no delivery. I called and instantly was hung up on. when I finally got throught the girl answered, we are not taking any orders. short staffed and she even had to come in. I cut her off and said, I already placed and order and explained out the tracker. She told me my order was just now being cooked. NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER! called a few times and instantnpickup hang up. I am glad I was not a single mom with a busy life counting on that order for my childerens dinner.

Recommendation: NEVER AGAIN

Marco's Poor managers

Ordered my BOGO pizza on line and my free cheesy bread. I called in to change my order to thin crust and ask them to put the garlic sauce on my cheesy bread and at no time did they say anything was wrong with my order Margie, who was in charge told my husband the order was $27.00 and I told her I ordered the BOGO on line that I receive in my emails. She then told my husband that you can only get the buy one get one if he comes in. So my husband told Margie that we have ordered this way before and I had put order through on the app with my discounts. Then, she told my husband that he cannot get the buy one get one because it’s in house only and he was standing there in house. She told him that he could not get the bogo price now.I was on FaceTime the whole time he was in there. She started using the F word and she would not give her name, she ignored him after that and called her boss which was the same one that was rude to us last time. I’m thinking because of our last complaint, they were making it hard on us this time because of who we are. I love Marcos and I am a loyal customer but until you get new management in there, I won’t be returning. My husband and I owned several businesses and I do not understand the management at this place. Very rude and they treat us like it’s our fault. She called the general manager and the manager, said she was sick but she would come in anyway. When she got there she had one guy in her car and 2 more met her at the door. They through down their cigarettes running toward the door. My husband was in the parking lot and we seen all this happening and it was so uncalled for. My husband was not in anyway a threat to Margie. The Management at this place is losing you money because I will not go there again!

Marco's App is terrible

I have been a long-time Marcos customer. However, the app has updated in the past few months and they have lost all my data; I’ve lost all my coupons, discounts, order history, etc. Now I have to resubmit every piece of information every time I order, and the app still doesn’t work. It shows that I haven’t submitted the order, even when I’ve received email confirmation that I have.

I have quit ordering from Marcos due to this irritation.

Recommendation: Find another pizza delivery service.

Marco's Convenient, Delicious, and Affordable: My Review of Marcos.com Pizza Ordering Website

Marcos.com is a great website to order pizza from. It's super easy to put in your order and you can even use coupon codes to save some dough. You can choose to pay online or when you pick up your order. The pizza is delicious and they even give you an estimated time for when your pizza will be ready. It's usually around 10 minutes, but if you want to pick it up at a later time, you can specify that too.

I love how user-friendly the website is. It's easy to navigate and find exactly what you're looking for. The pizza options are endless and they even have specialty pizzas that are to die for. My personal favorite is the pepperoni pizza, but I've also tried the veggie and it was amazing.

One thing I will say is that sometimes the website can be a little slow. It's not a huge deal, but it can be a bit frustrating when you're trying to place an order quickly. However, once you get your order in, the process is smooth sailing.

Overall, I highly recommend Marcos.com for all your pizza needs. It's convenient, delicious, and affordable. Plus, who doesn't love a good pizza night?

Marco's Disappointing Delivery Experience with Marcos Pizza: Wrong Address and Failed Promise of Free Pizza

I'm really bummed out about Marcos Pizza. I was all set to get three pizzas delivered right to my door, but when the driver showed up, he had the wrong address. Turns out, the pizzas were supposed to go to the house across the street. I mean, come on, how hard is it to get the right address?

Anyway, the driver said he'd make it right by giving me a free pizza within an hour and a half. I was pretty stoked about that, but guess what? It never happened. I waited and waited, but no pizza ever showed up.

Honestly, this whole experience has really shaken my trust in Marcos Pizza. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'm not so sure. If they can't even get a simple delivery right, how can I trust them to make a quality pizza? I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Marco's Mixed Experience: Great Food and Service Upstairs, Disappointing Atmosphere and Staff Downstairs

Me and my friends were staying close to Marcos and we heard some good things about it! So, we decided to check it out one night and we went upstairs to eat. The service was really good and the food was delicious! We enjoyed our time there and we were happy with our choice.

On the other two nights, we went downstairs for some drinks. Unfortunately, the wait staff was not very friendly. They rolled their eyes at us every time we asked for something and they even told us to move tables because they needed to get past us, even though we were the only ones there! The atmosphere was not great either, there was no music and it just felt unwelcoming. We were disappointed and it kind of ruined our fun.

Despite the bad experience downstairs, we would definitely go back for the food upstairs. It was really good and the service was great. However, we wouldn't go downstairs again because of the rude wait staff and unwelcoming atmosphere. It's a shame because we were hoping to have a good time there, but it just didn't happen.

I generally don't complain about food service employees, it's a tough job and usually overworked and under paid. On 11 October 2023, I visited a Marco"s Pizza on Gore Blvd in Lawton Oklahoma and ordered two pizzas. I was there between 6:30 and 7:10 pm. Not sure what was going on in the kitchen areas but was very loud and noisy just having a good old time...

Marco's Incorrect Pizza Order

We ordered a big cheese pizza with salami, mushrooms, black olives and tomatoes from Marcos in Mooresville, NC on Friday 8/25. The pizza did not have the mushrooms, black olives or tomatoes - only cheese and salami. Transaction#[protected]. We went ahead and ate some of the pizza as it was past dinner time. Very disappointing.

Also, apparently the Marcos website was changed dramatically. We have been ordering from Marcos in Mooresville for years and found the website quite useable. I found the new website to be difficult to use. In the past, I could look up my past orders and go from there, I couldn't see how to do this with the current website. As stated above, we ordered the big cheese pizza. In the past I was able to get the crust I wanted and add the extra toppings I wanted. I couldn't do this with the new website. I ended up building my own pizza, not what I really wanted. We also got wings and they were, as usual, excellent.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate feedback on the changes to the website. I'm not really looking for a refund but felt I should advise you of sub par performance. I would like to be able to reference past orders and customize the big cheese pizza.

Marco's Customer reward not useable

I received an email about the $10 value customer reward that had to be used by 8/21/2023. I tried to use it on 8/20/23 by entering the code in the email on the checkout page, but it was not accepted. The reward did not show in my account, although I did sign in using the same email address that the email itself reminding me that the reward needed to be used before 8/21/23, and used the link in the email to access the site to place the order at the Bell/ Lehigh Acres FL store.

It is annoying that the points are converted to "rewards" automatically, as the time limit on using the reward doesn't always work with my travel plans.
