I made a complaint against Azuline Bergantine hotel, due to negligence by the hotel I was injured. I asked for first aid at the hotel and was told nobody on hand and no manager available. I left the next day after a 2 night stay and seeked medical attention in Scotland, this was a phone call to a specialist who advised I had possible concussion and to rest. I submitted photo evidence and a signed/stamped confirmation from the hotel confirming incident and fault. The hotel have advised you rejected the claim under the above reference, I now want to make an official complaint regarding this. You would have received all photos from the hotel but I am happy to submit whatever you need
