Absolutely love Mani?re De Voir! This website has some really cool stuff that I had never seen before. The styles and shapes that they have are pretty unique, you don't find these things everyday at fast fashion stores. The shipping was really fast and the quality of the clothes was amazing. Although, I did notice that the sizes ran a little small. I wasn't too worried about that though because I read reviews before ordering and knew this might happen. All in all, great quality, on trend items, and speedy delivery! Highly recommend this online store if you want to stand out in your fashion game.

Ordered a coat from Mani?re De Voir and I gotta say, I'm beyond happy with it. This thing is straight up gorgeous, and I've been getting compliments left and right since I started wearing it. I just want to share my experience shopping on Mani?re De Voir (manieredevoir.com). Let me tell you, it was not a great one. My clothes arrived almost three weeks after I placed my order, which was already a disappointment. But the real kicker is the quality of the clothes. The shirts I ordered were cut so strange and didn't look at all like the pictures on the site. To top it all off, they even charge for returns! I was so disappointed in my experience and would not recommend shopping here. Save your money and time, ladies and gents. Don't make the same mistake I did. I had an issue with Mani?re De Voir when I returned an item and they only issued me an e-gift card refund. Seems to me like a sneaky tactic, since they didn't even put an expiry date on it. I mean, c'mon now, I don't want to feel like I'm on a clock to use my refund. It's pretty clear they're trying to pull my leg here, hoping I forget about it so they can keep my money. Not cool, Mani?re De Voir! Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.

To add insult to injury, I also noticed that the clothing was poorly made. I couldn't believe that I had trusted this company and that they would send me faulty items and then refuse to refund me. It was clear to me that this was an awful company!

I jus recently made an order with Mani?re De Voir because their clothes looked really cool. But unfortunately, I'm not very happy with their service so far. I've been waiting for 16 whole days to receive my order but I haven't even gotten a single update as to where it is. I tried reaching out to them to ask for an update, but they didn't respond until more than a week later. Really? A whole week just to say that it will be despatched soon? I was hoping to get my clothes in time for an event but looks like that won't be possible now.

Honestly, this is not how you should treat your customers. Waiting for so long and still not getting any concrete answers is super frustrating. I wouldn't recommend buying from them if you're in a rush or need your clothes on time. It's just not worth all the waiting and the headache that comes with it.

So I decided to give Maniere De Voir a try and ordered some clothes on April 20th, 2022. Unfortunately, I realized I needed to change the size of two items, which cost me a pretty penny to send back. But I did it because I thought I would get the items I wanted soon - or so I thought.

Fast forward to August 11th and I still haven't received my items. They're apparently stuck in customs and I've been told that I have to pay an additional fee for them to be released. This is ridiculous because the Maniere De Voir website clearly says that they cover all import costs and taxes. I mean, it's literally the first thing you see on their website, and it's repeated on every page. It feels like such a scam.

To make matters worse, I don't even need the summer clothes I ordered anymore - summer is over! But I have to accept them because I already got the matching pieces I needed at home since April 20th. It's so frustrating and useless - I won't even wear them now that months have passed.

I contacted Maniere De Voir about the situation and they just apologized for the inconvenience. It's really disheartening that they're not doing more to make things right for me. At this point, I don't see any reason to contact them again - it's like talking to a brick wall.

Overall, I would not recommend Maniere De Voir to anyone. It's a complete bullst store and I wish I had gone somewhere else.

Don't bother with Mani?re De Voir! I recently placed an order, and while their clothes are stylish, I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. Firstly, be aware that you'll need to spend a minimum amount to order from their website, and you'll also have to pay for delivery and returns. That's quite a lot of extra costs to bear in mind.

When my order arrived, it was delivered by a company called Evri - and let me tell you, they're absolutely useless. Despite the tracking information saying that my item had been delivered to a concierge in an office, I live in a house, not an office or a block of flats! I never received a delivery card or any indication that the parcel had been left anywhere nearby. I reached out to Mani?re De Voir on social media to report the issue, but their website wasn't working, so I wasn't able to contact them directly.

After several back-and-forth messages, they insisted that my item had been delivered to me simply because Evri said so. However, the pictures they had of the delivery didn't match my address at all, and the GPS data was incorrect too. Eventually, a customer service representative did admit that they were at fault and promised to refund me. However, they then demanded proof that I actually lived at the address, as if I were lying about not receiving the item! It was ridiculous and made me wonder what hoops they might have made me jump through if I had sent the order to a different address as a gift.

Overall, Mani?re De Voir had terrible customer service, and I urge you to think twice before purchasing from them. Instead, go to Zara, ASOS, or any other reputable clothing retailer. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

So, I'm not really happy with Mani?re De Voir. They've got some problems that I just don't think are worth it. The only good thing about them is that my jacket and shirt were in good condition. Sure, the quality wasn't amazing like it looks in their pictures, but it still looks good. The bad part is that it took forever to arrive! Instead of 3 to 4 days like they said, it took 24 WHOLE DAYS! Imagine my surprise when I found out my order was coming all the way from China, not the UK or Germany like they said. And then, even though their receipts said VAT was included, I still had to pay extra at the post office when it got here. Plus, because they couldn't add my jacket and shirt together for shipping, I got charged two separate VATs. Every time I emailed them, I felt like it was just a waste of my time. They always gave me the same answer, and they never want to refund anything.

It's just not worth it to shop from them. They make it look like they're a European-based site with only the best quality products, but it's really just a Chinese retailer. Honestly, it felt like they were making fun of me or being sarcastic when I talked to them. I would never recommend Mani?re De Voir at all. They annoy me a lot more than any other website ever did
