But it is not why i am here...
My story starts with me arriving at Malls Tiles in Durban at 9am on the morning of Tuesday 17/09/2013.
I walk through the door and get bombarded with sales people - i tell the sales person i want my experience/purchase here quick & fast.
We head to the back & find the matching tile i had in my hands.
The sales person says - lets go do the paper work, i replied i want this by the front door before i pay anything.
His reply was...don't worry - you will be out here within the next 10 minutes.
I pay, i wait 2 hours 30 minutes! Yes i waited the whole f?cken time - i would love to swear this company down to its core! CALM!
I have never ever had this type of problem in any retail shop regarding hardware etc as i do renovations for a living - this shop takes the cake!
Oh yes...the sales person whom assisted me when i first arrived, vanished from my sight after my first hour as he could see me indicating to him my watch on my wrist.
Conclusion - in this case its obvious, F?ck Malls Tiles :)
p.s look for the yellow sticker in the front of the shop which says you order can take up to 90 minutes!
also note there sale people LIE with their promise on a time.
