Malindo Airways review: Un ticket refund request

dear management, airline malindo.
I am Travel agent of name : origin travel and tourism jhelum pakistan.
my passegner hassan / shumail mr was at karachi airport on 10 may 2025. OD 136 flight was cancelled KHI to KUL due to war between pakistan and india, detail of flight is given below :

flight was UN (cancelled) and I have applied and requested many times for full refund of ticket, and today on 25 july 2025, three months near to end, but still I did not receive any refund of cancelled ticket.
