I recently received my calendars from MagnetStreet and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed. The final product looked different than the proof that I had approved. I reached out to customer service and they agreed with me that the calendars shouldn't look like this. If you take a look at the second image, you'll see that the border is not what I had expected.

Unfortunately, in order to get the calendars fixed, I was told that I would need to pay a fee to have the artwork redone and then pay another shipping fee. I was really hoping for a refund, but that was not an option. So, I had no choice but to pay an additional $80 to get the calendars fixed.

I have to say, this experience was not what I was expecting from a company that boasts a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website and in their messaging while waiting for someone to pick up. I don't think I'll be using MagnetStreet again in the future.

When I contacted their customer service, I was told that I would have to pay for a reprint because their quality management thought it looked fine. This is not acceptable for a small business that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.

To make matters worse, their customer service needs improvement. I had to call three times to get help and was hung up on twice. They also don't respond to emails, which is frustrating. However, when I finally got through to a customer service representative, they were able to see my email in the system. This lack of communication is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Overall, I would not recommend MagnetStreet to anyone. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is not as advertised and their customer service is lacking. If you're looking for invitations or other printed materials, I suggest looking elsewhere.

My experience with MagnetStreet was not the best. I must warn you to be careful when ordering from them. I ordered Save the Dates, Invitations, and enclosures for my destination wedding, which was a total of three orders. The Save the Dates came without any issue, but the envelope liners took three tries to get right. The customer service was unapologetic and did not follow through with providing shipping information. On the third attempt to get it right, without promised communication once again, they made a joke of the whole situation.

The invitations, RSVP cards, and info cards all came with bent corners and creases, none of which were from shopping because they did come in a box. The colors were slightly off from one item to the next, and the envelopes had ink transfer from printing the addresses. MagnetStreet caused my invites to be sent to my guests late, which was very frustrating.

When I responded to the "joke email" if I received the correct item finally, I explained my disappointment and the outstanding problems with my items, only to never hear back again. I even stated that I would be leaving negative reviews, but they did not seem to care about their customers, just the money. They did not offer a replacement or refund or even an apology.

Thankfully, I ordered extras, so I did not send junky invites out for an island wedding. I suggest you heed the bad reviews and go elsewhere.
