I just left on Tuesday 10/14 after being there for five days we paid $345 for pool heat and the pool was working no problem when we got there. It was 87°. It continually went down throughout the week leaving the last day at 69° we complained several times they sent the maintenance man who was wonderful. The woman I complained to whose name was Kelly was extremely rude and basically did not care. She was argumentative and disrespectful. The maintenance person told us that the pool has had several issues prior and that he has told the owners that it should be replaced the system to heat the pool. He said it had been piecemealed many times.
I told this to Kelly, who is the general manager and she would argue with me saying that that’s not true. It has a new heater and I said well then how come the community pool is nice and warm because we took the temperature of it and our pool is so cold she referred to well money and you can’t afford this and she kept saying well it’s in cement and it’s cold outside but so is the community pool she basically could not care less that we were not happy. When I told her that the man who came to see us to help us who is wonderful told us there were issues. She said well he’s just a pool tech, so I asked then why didn’t she send a maintenance person and I got no explanation I would like my $345 back aside from that the house was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. It was clean. It was beautiful, but it was really frustrating to be there for five days with six people, and we couldn’t use the pool or the hot tub.
