Exact same thing happen to me when child brought home book voucher was shown something we wanted "TIME FOR KIDS". when i went online to order and find the magazine code, and to place an order, there was no place to put in the online code and only way for parents to order was for them to call. So i did and was then told that that offer was not good for TIME FOR KIDS and that i coudl use it for soemthing else. I DONT WANT SOMETHING ELSE, EITHER.
