I have been dealing with BTS for about 2 years now. I went to them after another company did not follow through on their services. I have had multiple case managers now and each has been more than difficult to deal with. They don’t get in touch when they say they will, case managers leave with no communication and then months go by before I have to call to try and figure out what my standing is. From the beginning I was told certain services would be included and then once my payments are completed I’m told in order to receive the initial services I paid for to begin with require more money. When I’m told I’ll receive phone calls/correspondence I receive none and have to email asking why I didn’t receive the phone calls in the time I was told to expect. Case managers leave and I’m not told, accountants leave and I’m not informed, the attorney I’ve spoken with is rude and when I remind them I’ve paid their company for services not rendered I’m told I didn’t pay them instead that they’re doing me a favor. It’s frustrating to say the least. Instead of providing a sense of relief it’s become added stress on an already stressful situation. Instead of taking accountability for their lack of professionalism and communication, they blame it on everything else. I’d like to be done with them just as much as they think they’d like to be done with me at this point but I seem to be the only one taking the initiative to try and get these things taken care of. Their focus tends to be more on reminding me of my place rather than providing the relief they claim as a business.

After all this I was put in touch with Meirna herself and still to this day (2 years later) and still have no solution. My back taxes and 2020 have still not been filed. I did not receive any reduction to what I owed, and I have not heard from BTS, even after leaving multiple messages and emails to Meirna herself. At this point just give me my money back so I can find a competent CPA who will actually file for me. I’m not sure who the reviews on here are posting about professionalism, but any step of the way that has not been my experience with this company.

They really know their stuff when it comes to taxes and were able to answer all of my questions. The process was easy and stress-free, which was a huge relief. I would definitely recommend M. H. Brighter Tax Solution to anyone who needs help with their taxes. They are the real deal and worth every penny.

dont do biz with them! its a scam. they take ur money and make u wait several months until its too late to fill dispute and in the end they dont give u the service u need and dont take care of ur case.

This tax company, M. H. Brighter Tax Solution, is a complete letdown. They promised to help me with my tax problems, but it's been two whole years and I still haven't seen any results. As a result, I now have a wage assignment. They don't return my calls or emails, and I'm extremely unhappy with their service.

I've been working with these amazing folks for the past 5 months. Thanks to them, I can finally buy a house after my recent divorce. My ex-husband left me with a tax bill that I wasn't responsible for, and I was stuck. But now, the lien has been removed, and my offer is being processed. I owed a lot to the IRS cuz I didn't file for a few years. After 2015, I had a big family issue and lost my job and moved to different states. I couldn't keep up with all my records that were lost in transit and stuff. I called BTS and they were able to track everything down and get me my returns and put me back in good graces with the IRS after 6 years! I got a call from a dude named Travis 'round April 24. We talked 'bout my tax problem. I told him 'bout the lien on my property and how I needed it gone so I could refinance. We talked for a bit and he said he could help. I didn't sign up that day 'cause I wanted to do my own research. A few weeks later, I called and signed up for their services. I hired Brighter Tax Solutions to help me with my tax problem with the IRS. They said we were almost done and I gave them $3500 to pay the IRS when we were finished. We started in March, but it's still not done. I've tried calling and leaving messages, but they haven't contacted me since September. I want my money back or for them to finish the job. They can't just ignore me.

I signed up with M. H. Brighter Tax Solution to get help with my 16k back taxes. They said it would take 3 months, but it's been a year and I'm worse off. I gave them $1500 and paid $2800 more, but they stopped working on my case. They lied about my IRS taxes and won't return my calls. They won't give me a refund either. This company is a scam and preys on people who need help. I want my money back.

I hired this company to fix my tax problem. I set up automatic payments and they were supposed to help me with an Offer in Compromise. At first, they said they needed more info to file my taxes, but I already gave them everything. They kept asking for the same info over and over. They still haven't filed my taxes and they haven't submitted an Offer in Compromise. Now the IRS is asking for almost $20,000. I've been paying this company for 2 years and they haven't done anything. They don't answer my complaints and they keep making false promises. Brighter Tax Solutions said they could get rid of 90% of our tax debt because we were having a tough time financially. I talked to ***@Brightertaxsolutions.com and he said it would cost $1200 to do our taxes from [protected] and fix any issues with our 2017 taxes. He said that was the final price. But when we were almost done paying, he called and said we needed to pay $5000 instead. I gave them all the papers they asked for and paid $800, and my husband paid $400. They kept asking for more money for months since November , saying our "case is more complicated than they thought" and that the IRS lost our old papers. When I gave them everything they asked for, they said they would get back to us, but they always say the same thing. We're struggling with unemployment and they took our money without doing anything. We want to sue them to get our money back. We haven't seen any results.

I started workin with Brighter Tax Solutions to fix my tax debt. They said I was in an Offer-in-compromise installment plan with the IRS since July . I made 16 payments to Brighter Tax Solutions, which they said were for my OIC plan with the IRS. But the IRS said they didn't get any payments and my account is in collections. I asked Brighter Tax Solutions for an update on my account, but they didn't give me any written records. They just said they can't get the info and are trying to fix it with the IRS. I attached a screenshot of all payments made to Brighter Tax Solutions since July . They were supposed to go toward my tax debt and OIC plan with the IRS, but the IRS has no record of them. I want a full refund of $12,023.80.
