Capstone Tax Consulting, Inc. is a total waste of time and money. I ain't gonna go into details 'cause I know you gonna somehow turn it around on me like you did with all the other bad reviews. It's funny how everyone's got a similar story, but you never seem to be in the wrong. So, beware if you're thinking of becoming a client.

I used a diffrent company at first and paid them, but they went outta business. I was super stressed out. But Capstone is the real deal. They answer my calls and emails right away and explain everything to me so I get it. M. *** is my go-to guy and I trust him.

Capstone Tax Consulting, Inc. was super helpful with my case. They gave me all the info I needed to fight back against the state income tax peeps who kept bugging me. They even took the time to chat with me for free to see if I really needed their help. If I did, they said they could hook me up with a lawyer. These guys are legit and I'll def keep using them.

They called me up and said they could help me with my state tax problem. They were pretty good at talking me into it. But when I called back with some questions, they didn't have any answers. One time, the guy just hung up on me and said he'd call back later. But he never did. And then he stopped answering my texts. I asked to talk to someone else, but they said they'd call me back and they never did. That was two weeks ago. So I started looking for other companies to help me out. Turns out, Capstone was just telling me what I wanted to hear. They sent me a contract and took my money, but they didn't really do anything. And they didn't even promise anything either.

I was workin with anotha tax guy outta town for 3 years, but even afta lotsa tries, I still had a Lien on my name. I talked to Capstone Tax and in just a couple weeks, they already made progress on my case. I wanna give a BIG THANKS to this company! They got my money back on my credit card, it's crazy how much they did to help me out. I'm so happy! THANKS A LOT to *** for givin me the right words to say to get my money back on my card! You helped me more than you know! THANKS A TON!

Mat*** & Angelena *** helped us out big time during the pandemic. We had a tax problem that our accountant messed up, and we were super stressed. But Mat*** & Angelena were there to help us out and guide us through the whole thing. They got us a deal that we were happy with, and then helped us with all the paperwork. They know how to deal with the tax people, and they made it easy for us. Capstone is the best, and Mat*** & Angelena are amazing. They always answer our questions and are there for us when we need them. We are so happy we found them, and we recommend them to anyone who needs help with their taxes. They really care about their clients and do everything they can to help. We can't thank them enough for everything they've done for us.

Capstone did my taxes for [protected] real quick. The *** is taking their sweet time to process them, but Capstone already got my money stuff and did a review, so they can fix it fast when the *** finally gets around to it. They're also helping me fight a balance from 2014. They tried to change it, but they're going with a Taxpayer Advocate Request to get it lowered because of some *** mistake. Capstone's team has been real good at keeping me in the loop and telling me what's up with my case. They're making sure nobody takes my money or stuff, so I can chill out.

I got this company to help me with my back taxes. They had a good sales pitch. But, after we agreed on things, they kept asking for more money to keep going. I talked to an IRS person and found out that setting up a tax payment plan only takes a few days. The "pay a little for your debt" thing is not true. It only happens if you work really hard with the IRS person and give them lots of papers and stuff for years. When I talked to my IRS person, I found out that they had already sent over the papers. You can ask for this information through a Freedom of Information Act. Capstone kept saying that the IRS person was new and didn't know what they were doing. But, they actually had 17 years of experience and were really helpful when I talked to them. Because Capstone took so long, I now owe about 18k more than when we started, plus the money I paid them.

I got a call from Capstone the other day. The guy on the phone, Rob or something, was super rude and unprofessional. He called my husband first and was acting all sketchy with him. Then he called me and tried to sell me some tax service, but he was so annoying and unprofessional that I ended up telling him to "f" off and hanging up. I was already stressed out from holiday shopping and this guy just pushed me over the edge. Plus, I already have a lawyer for my tax issues, so I didn't need his help anyway. He was mocking me and laughing at me, which made me even angrier. So I looked up the company and called back to talk to a manager. The manager was really nice and apologized for the whole thing. He said he would talk to the sales guy and make sure it didn't happen again. I hope they actually do something about it, but I doubt it. Who calls about taxes right before Christmas anyway? It's just not cool. I don't know who the manager was, but he was way better than the sales guy. I just hope the company learns from this and doesn't do it again. It really ruined my day and I'm still mad about it. Thanks for listening.

Capstone Tax Consulting, Inc. keeps bugging us about an IRS tax lien that don't even exist. We already told them to quit it, but they keep on calling and sending letters. Even when we tell them it's not real, they still insist it is. We checked with our county and there's no lien there. This is just plain annoying and they need to cut it out.

eved a response. Capstone Tax Consulting, Inc. is a complete scam and I regret ever doing business with them. They took my money and did absolutely nothing to help me with my tax situation. Stay far away from this company if you value your money and time.
