The commercials on YouTube with this lady out of breath going on about how she just found out whatever. Listen, change your approach on ads. Even if I absolutely needed Lume I wouldn't purchase it because how annoying that lady is plus how annoying the commercials are. Find a new approach. Idk how you guys are still in business.

I am tired of seeing Lume deodorant commercials. Not only are these ads offensive, they leave me with a repulsive impression of the product that is being promoted.

The woman in these commercials is using a very rude approach to try and market a lotion that is described as something to use to prevent body odor. Pointing out her body parts in these ads is having a negative impact on the general public, the target viewing audience she is trying to attract.

I provided the correct shipping address when I ordered my products; however, the package was shipped to a highway (no street number). I've tried to contact both UPS & USPS to give the correct address information to no avail. Why is it so hard to contact anyone regarding the exception to provide the correct street number? Went to USPS website (Mail Innovations) learned the package is being returned to Lume. Not happy one bit!

Why advertise on TV and not have a customer service phone number?

I wanted to try this because it seems as I get older than 50, there sometimes is a little smell down there. When you work up to 7-9 days straight. You want to smell your best and not like a football player in a locker-room. Though I shower or take a bath every day. I bought this and opened the deodorant and it smelled horrible. It smelled like somebody had used it already on their vaginal area and sent it to me. I don't have my receipt any longer. I threw this in my trash. I do not recommend this product.

I was every shocked at the commercial where you are telling people they don't need to take a bath, but us your deodorant between their butt cheeks. This is just plain nasty and disgusting. It is SO distasteful and you should not be promoting for people to disregard their personal hygiene. Nothing beats taking a shower using soap and water. The very idea that you think your deodorant is better than that is just crazy! Someone would have to be crazy to purchase this product. If I were you, and if you are reading these reviews, I would yank that commercial immediately and try to think of a different way to market your product. You have absolutely failed so far.

I may would have purchased Lume before I saw that disgusting TV ad. That woman is entirely toooo descriptive about personal places. I’ve stopped even watching the channels this ad comes on! With children in the home, this ad is totally inappropriate not to mention totally unappetizing if we have started a meal. You lost a possible customer from the first viewing of this ad! That’s really sad that it still runs every few minutes

I used Lume underarm deodorant in November 2022, it sent me to Urgent Care 2 days later. The skin peeled away from my right arm pit, the pain was unbearable, the doctor told me to stop immediately, he called in a prescription (cream) to use twice a day under the arm pit until it heals. This has never happened to me before, I contacted Lume through emails and they have ignored me, I'm still having some issues, I can't use any kind of deodorant under that arm and I have a ugly scare from it. I have read quite a few complaints regarding Lume deodorant and the issues from using it, Lume needs to address these problems or they will have a lot of law suits against them.

Received an alert from post office don't know what it means.

Last spring I bought a pick 4 package. Something had to help this Texas lady stay fresh in the heat.

I used it for the 1st time on Mothers's Day. It was going to be incredibly hot and my daughters and grandchildren were taking me out to eat.

It failed me miserably & left me embarrassed! The deodorants I normally use, although they need reapplication, work so much better.

$55 was an expensive lesson to not use this product. I wonder if it would prevent nasty, sweaty odors in cooler temps, but won't take a chance.

This is a rude and disgusting commercial. When it is airing, I can't get to the remote quick enough to change it. She should have stuck to design and go with the one commercial she is not in.

I wouldn't use this product if it were free, because of her. She is repulsive. I guess tv stations will air anything if payment is enough. What person and or persons in charge approved this totally tasteless commercial? FIRED!

I place an order on December 2, 2022 for $24 and some change for the rose scented tube of cream deodorant. I put it on order as a subscription. I have not received the product for December much less any other product and when I try to track it, it says that it has been sent, but I never received it. All I want is my product, I would like to continue a subscription each month which is what was supposed to happen but I don’t want money taken off of my card anymore and may not receive my product. I have a screenshot showing that it was deducted from my debit card but I have not received it.

Have contacted customer service 3 times via email over 12/30/23 to 1/11/23, once by text- only to be sent a response via text that they are not responding to any texts!?! My last order was defective and I CANNOT get any help, or even a response from the company. They have NO phone number and will not respond to their ‘Help’ line emails- it’s been over 2 weeks.

I started noticing Lume Deodorant commercials approximately November 2022, and the frequency has increased as of this date (1/8/2023). It’s ridiculous how the woman in the commercial has to refer to anal cavities (butt cracks) and even pretend to simulate application of the product. Really grossing out our family every time we sit down for TV. Zero dignity and couth!

I think think commercial is gross the lady could've done it in a better way without being gross! I am a clean person! I take showers regularly and am washing up ALL thru out the day. I don't need some gross lady telling me how and what to do to take care of something that is common sense and in a gross very gross way! Just take a shower and use SOAP and WATER! Wow what a great idea! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take the commercials off the air. Just gross and disgusting!

Your Lume commercials are very offensive. They suggest that women stink and why are all the commercials only about women? Are you saying men don't need deodorant as well amd it's just women who stink? These commercials I feel are degrading and inappropriate. Both male and female genders need to shower and use deodorant so both genders don't stink. Men have body oder as well as women but we don't see commercials on TV advertising the fact that they need a certain product in order to not stink. I will NEVER purchase Lume products because of their demeaning commercials. I don't see degrading commercials about Men like Lume has done to women! I cant believe they air such horrible commercials it's disgusting. Lume should be sued for what they have advertised on TV!

Hello! I am writing to inform you how disgusted and uncomfortable when I hear Lume commercials when they use ” butt crack “ or other inappropriate /degrading labels that she provokes a terrible and inappropriate and disgusting attention and focus on private body parts to be presented to all in a commercials!:) This is undermining and in contempt to moral values and respect of woman and men and families who teach and uphold these values and respect to their sons and daughters! And this is perverse content and should not be permitted anywhere! And is very inappropriate and offensive to me and I have heard others feel the same way!

I ordered a shipment that I tracked to a local post office, not my own but close. I have been round and round with the post office and they cannot find it. Tried to contact Lume support through email on the 24th. Today is Jan. 3 and still no response. I went to the Lume website today and tried to get to my account 3 times and just get a blank white page, not that I was expecting to talk to anyone. I don't think anybody is there to help. This is a $92+ order!
