Loyola Plans Consolidated over delaying of giving the due cheques

I have an educational plan in Loyola Plans Consolidated. I am supposed to receive my 3rd cheque from the company in November 2014 but I did not receive it up to this day. I am very disappointed with the company's service. The employee here in Cebu City could not even give the explanation of the delay. It is just so unfair that we were being required to pay...

I have been staying in Bahrain for almost 17 years. I have taken a Loyola Educational Plan last 8 years ago.
