Lovely Flora World review: Flower delivery

I ordered flowers on the 1st december to be delivered to my sister on 23rd dec. They were delivered a day late and the way my sister described them was dead, bent, flowers off the stem and fit for the bin. I contacted the company by phone who basically couldn't care less and just kept saying sorry, I asked for a refund but was informed I could not get one as they do not refund. I emailed them but got a response saying what I ordered is what was sent and offered me 20% off next order. I did not order a late delivery of dead, bent, broken flowers, fit for the bin flowers. They should be shut down especially after reading all the bad reviews.
