False Earning Claims
Where to start!?... There is so much fraud & lies connected with Loral Langemeier that I will focus on just a few main points. This message is a little long but if you or anyone you know has been duped by this Lady please read and I hope that from what I share many of you will know what to do to get your money back.
Everything at that company is a scam and a lie that is used to get you to buy into a bigger lie and scam so that you will spend more money. They have the "2k scholarship program", 100k challenge, coaching, and now they lure people to get money through a company called seedcapital.com. The best are the live-events where they have fake people acting like clients claiming to be making money so that when the sales guys call you back to up-sell you, it's much easier to convince you to buy. Like the "3 Days to Cash" or "Make New Money" events.
The 1st step is to get you in their "FUNNEL". That can be by purchasing a book which is "FREE" plus shipping of course. LOL. Or you fill out information online so that they can contact you. You can also sign up for live events like 3 Days To Cash, Make New Money, Lorals Big Table, or Head Of The Table. Any of these methods allows you to enter into their sales funnel. Once in the funnel now they look at every which way possible to sell you.
Loral's all-time favorite is the "100k Challenge" which used to cost 5k then 6k and now its up to almost 9k. Here they promise to make you 100 thousand dollars of new money or your money back. They claim that to date no one has ever received their money back. That part is true because prior to joining the program you sign this ridiculous contract which is intended for you to fail. They know that no one will ever be able to follow through and therefore, no one can ever get their money back.
Loral loves the 100k challenge because its easy money. She doesn't have to spend a bunch of money on her staff because you are left to you own devices and of course no one is able to meet the requirements and she never has to give a dime of that money back.
The new big thing there right now is their "business funding". They partnered up with a company called seedcapital.com. Seed helps clients get 10's of thousands of dollars by having them sign up for numerous credit cards. Seedcapital.com has gotten very good at knowing how to fill out these credit card applications and what lies to put down so the client can get quick approvals. Then the client is up sold by Lorals sales guys. The best part of all of this is that the client is told that according to Federal guidelines they must commit to using 50% of the money that they receive from Seed Capital to invest with Loral because this is a business loan. If a client backs out after getting the funding the sales guys are then instructed to lie to the client and tell them that if they don't use the funds for the business then Seed Capital will come back and take all of the funding back. Which this is a COMPLETE LIE!
Also Loral has figured out a quick way to make an extra few thousand off each client by adding ridiculous fees on top of what Seed charges the client. If you don't believe me just go to seedcapital.com and apply for the funds without going through Loral and see what happens. Don't disclose what you know or that you are part of Loral's Scam. I was trying to get my refund back a few months ago and was told that I could not due to the fact that there was no money in her accounts to process my refund. Now does that sound like a wealth builder to you?

A Total Scam and Rip-Off
Loral Langemeier is back on Talk Radio Stations around the Country touting here "free book"! She uses Dr. Phil to give herself credability that she does not deserve. I lost $500.00 because I ordered the "free book" and got sent a box of Langemeier literature that I did not ask for and did not want. Langemeier and her band of theives will do their best to seperate YOU from your hard earned money by signing you up for bogus materials and classes. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM! Langemeier fees off of peoples trust and need for help! Pass this one up and count yourself lucky; Educate Yourself First and Good Luck!

DO NOT repeat DO NOT fall for this SCAM! They WILL NOT refund you!
Scam
Way to good to be near the truth but I was drawn in.
This is not only a Scam but is now so well know to my bank that I was told that there was nothing they could do about and that my best bet was to order a new card and send a email to the company confirm my actions. Also, you still must call the number to cancel. I will say this much now that I now how she makes money I will never be a victim of this type of scam again. We have requested a meeting with our local radio station to make it clear that they are supporting a scam artist. I suggest everyone in their listening area do the same.

Thank you navadis, I will contact the news station right away 650 AM [HOUSTON]. I just signed my death sentence an hour ago and fearful for the battle ahead. Bring it on Loral! Shame on people like her in today's economy profiting off other people in a dishonest and ill mannered way! I AM LIVID.
By the time each customer realizes the scam, they already pocket $200. With a radio station advertising, I am sure they get a lot of calls and making $200 per customer adds up very quickly. For those customers that dont check their credit card statements regularly, I feel sorry for them. They charged $127.00 just on the first month. How is this business getting away with this and nobody shuts them down?
I love her ideas. Langemeier's philosophy is that everyone should take an active role in their investment decisions.
Would not cancel my card but charged me when I received nothing
I was sent a free book and was told I needed credit card details I did not want the online course but was told I would be sent an email telling me about it and if I didn't want it there would be no charge. I never was sent an email and when I tried to make sure that I would not be charged for anything was given the run around on numbers put on hold forever and then finally charged $75 for something I didn't receive and never wanted. This is how she writes book on making money by scamming other people out of theirs. I think it is irresponsible of the TV talk shows and newspaper to endorse someone that is scamming their customers. This organization needs to be stopped and immediately. When I called again to cancel I was put on hold forever and finally screamed at and told I wouldn't be getting my money back that they illegally took from my bank account. I have had to cancel the credit cards in order to stop them.

The reason that Langemeier and her Criminal Enterprise is able to continue is that she has well paid lawyers to keep her just inside the bounds of the law. There are many instances that her band of con artists manipulate and bully people into silence and they do break the law. Unfortunately, the State Consumer Protection Offices look the other way and allow her to continue to run her scam. Dr. Phil is used in her advertisements to add credability to her criminal, unethical and immoral business activities. Langemeier counts on people giving up on getting back the money that she stole from them and going on with their lives. She was on the Seattle Radio Station KTTH, 770 this morning with her "free book" bait. Listening to her, I felt sick for the poor souls who will order her "free book" and then have their money stolen from their credit cards and bank accounts. Langemeier is a vampire of the worst kind! If enough people get educated about her tactics she will get closed down eventually. Thank You to those who commented here! Information is Power; keep warning others and the the best to you all!
unauthorised use of credit card account
I ordered a book from loral langemeier for 9.95 on how to become a millionaire(stupid me). I then received a book in the mail which was of no interest to me . I received a phone call from one of her sales people asking if i wanted to personally receive a conversation with Loral Langemeier and a personal trainer at a cost of 15000.00 dollars, i said no...

Read full complaint and 11 commentsUnauthorized withdrawals from credit card
Loral Langemeier's company continues to take money from my credit card account, even though I returned the product to them and asked them to stop taking my money. Is that legal? Can they make withdrawals from my credit card account against my will? Is there any way I can put a stop to this? What are my rights? Please help!

Yes, you can stop them. Just call your bank, the customer service phone line number that you have on the back of your card, have your card blocked and request a replacement card. The new card will have a different number and nobody will be able to place a charge on your credit card unless you provide them the new card number. Also ask to the customer service agent that had your card blocked to speak with a disput specialist and dispute the charge stating you were victim of SCAM.
Unauthorized charges
Back in October I was given the hard sell when asking for the free book. I did say I would take the materials for the $69.95 per month for 5 months. I did see the $69.95 out each month but didn't really notice the $29.95 going out also. I was never asked if I wanted anything having to do with the $29.95 and just realized it was coming from the same company.
I have gone back through and I was supposed to have free shipping which I see now that they charged my card $9.95., I have been charged 5 months the $69.95 and also the $29.95 and this month I got hit with 2 $29.95 with a name change to wealth management.
I am not sure how to fight this but come Monday there will be some hell to pay.

They did the same thing to me, they promise not to charge the first 30 days, but unless you call them you will be charged $29.95 per month. They recorded the first conversation and when I called to complain about the charge they played the recording and I even said in the conversation that I do not want to be charged for any additional fees. They promised and still I am fighting with this guy on the phone about the charge. Guess I know how Loral makes her Millions by screwing everyone a month at a time for $29 + other charges.
Sounds like a good case for the attorney general to review.
they won't cancel the order
I change my mind about the free information that I had to pay $9.95 for . I called back in the first 15 mins.to cancel but was giving another phone no. to call. When I called that number a woman named Shannon said that she couldn't help me at this time but to call back tomorrow at 4:30. I did and a man ( who said he was the night manager) said that Shannon had already went home for the day. I talked to him about canceling the order and he said that was not possible and Shannon didn't said that I could cancel. He was rude and said that I was not telling the truth. I called the next day and got a hold of Shannon and her story this time is that it had already been shipped and was too late.
Just spent an hour getting the customer 'service' rep to finally cancel my account and give me a confirmation number before I was charged. I just kept on telling him to cancel it - he used every trick in the book. I have yet to be charged - I hope I am not!
I just called TODAY 03/02/2011 at 1:45PM for the free book and received an order number. I made sure that the rep know that I was only interested in getting the free book for the charge of $9.95 and NOTHING ELSE. Her name is Kelsey. I wished I had done my research before stupidly calling in after listening to a legitimate news radio talk show 650 AM [HOUSTON]. Now I am realizing my mistake after reading so many complaints online. I don't have time for this and to go through all the trouble with their customer service. I'm afraid I just signed my "verbal electronic" death wish to the DEVIL... I called back literally 15 minutes later and talked to Catherine. She could not locate me in the system because it was still processing and I needed to call back within 24-48 hours. I told her I had the order number and she said there is no way for her to look me up either. WARNING FLAG. Please if anyone has any advise whatsoever, please let me know how I can cancel this! I've read MANY horrible experiences and terribly scared right now.
If you are reading this Loral, you should be ashamed of yourself and I hope your children will see the type of person you are and how many lives you have ruined!
So, I guess everyone who speaks with the Reps who takes calls for Ms. Langemier are all liars. I am so furious. I am crazy. The rep never said anything about a call to cancel within 30 days. Well, especially when you are telling him that u can't afford any extra charges due to unemployment. But according to them you agreed anyway, and never mentioned that you did say over and over again that you can't afford the extra charge. And to go back and listen to a tape that took place more than 30 days ago. Hello, with today's technology, you can add anything. Is Ms. Langemeier so important that she can't respond to emails or calls? I hope she as well as her staff who backs her to high heavens sleep well at night.
I cant say that it is a scam neither she is fraud. Loral’s books were just amazing. It was a good read as a starter book to get your entrepreneurial juices flowing.
On 1 Dec. 2009 I ordered the "free book" from Loral Langemeier. I called them back a few days later and told them I was not interested in the 30 day free trial of their services. Finally, on Dec. 31 -- well under the 30 days I called to cancel. I got an automated menu to cancel. I submitted my info.
Well, last week I checked my bank acct and i was charged $71.59! I called the billing dept. to see why. I spoke with some idiot named "Darwin" ext. 303. He was rude and told me they had no record of my canceling the order. I told him I did cancel. We went around and around. I told him to credit my bank acct #. He refused. I asked him what his last name was. He refused to furnish it due to "security reasons." I asked to speak with his supervisor. Her name was "Jessica" ext. 313. Same shtick. Rude. Wouldn't believe that I canceled. She said that Loral Langemeier has an "A" rating through the BBB! Yeah, right.
Anyway, she HUNG UP ON ME!
Very suspicious that if you're a bona fide employee company representing Loral Langemeier that you refuse to disclose your last name.
I am so furious at this organization named "Loral Langemeier." I look forward to using the book to start my next campfire. I'm going to pass on negative feedback to anyone I know against this organization. They obviously do not care for the customer.
This organization is a fraud.
What happens if you refuse the product...don't even open it? Will they still charge you and is this considered cancelled? Please advise
Your question: Are there others that have been ripped off this way?
Response: TONS of others! For much more $$ Search blogs for Loral Langemeier and Premier Mentoring and you'll see people have lost between $4000 and $20, 000 or more on her wealth foundation program. Be grateful if you only lost less than $500.
I've emailed Dr. Phil too and told him to stop promoting this - to research how many people's financial lives have been destroyed by this horrible choice. They use strong-arm sales techniques, get nasty and everything. My husband and I signed up, and were assured that we would indeed show a return on this investment within 90 days. The classes were an absolute joke, we lost $11, 000... had no choice but to file Bankruptcy after Loral. They've PROFOUNDLY affected our lives and our future.
Run away from them as fast as you can. Hang up if they call with any "invitations".
In Feb of this year I hear Loral on the radio and phoned in to buy her book for 9.95. I did not know that I was soon going to be charged for 29.95 each month after the purchase. I dont have a number to call and file a complaint. Today I am calling my bank and making sure they put Loral as a "not authorized collection". I am also thinking about charging her company with theft.
Are there any others that have been ripped off in this way?
I signed up for the "program" and now they are unwulling to refund my money after telling them I am unbale to go through their "wealth foundation" program. They are immoral and unethical and should be avoided.
I usually check things out before I buy them but I listened to the radio and figured I would get the book and pay for shipping since she was on talk shows and the news. After I placed the order, they did not give me an order # which I found odd. So I felt uneasy about this, I researched loral langemeier and found bad reports such as these. Since I was in "verbal" agreement I have to pay the 9.95. I placed my order on the weekend and was told have to wait until "Monday" to speak with customer service, a different dept than the order one and cancel first thing in the morning. I spoke with the FTC and my State's district attorney office prior to UT cust. center opening. I have gotten the run around also, about how my order is not in the system and it is a small window of when they get it and ship it out that I might not be able to cancel it due to the small window. This floor superviser had the nerve to say "why did you buy from us if you were going to cancel." I went off. Anyway, she is suppose to email me saying she will cancel my order and I "should" get this in 24 hours and call back if I do not get that email. I called back and asked for "Pam" the superviser and placed on hold then it just cycled to a menu option. The Attorney General said they are not doing anything "wrong" as far as the law, they said it is the consumer's responsibility to find out about the product they are buying, legimatcy etc etc. If I do not get anything in writing they will send me then product then I have the "30 day" return ordeal to go through. The Attorney General office did say IF they charge my card after I sent back the package within the guidlelines (xerox everything and have proof of shipment) then they are in the wrong for contacting me and charging my card. If they do contact me, I was adivsed to write them a letter with my enclosed evidence and instruct to not contact me any further. IF they do then I will make a claim with the State General office, they will pursue the company and let me know the results. Hopefully, this will help someone. If things get ugly with the "30 day" trial and me returning it, I will report them to the BBB and contact Dr. Phil's site to let him know about not getting financial advice from Loral Langemeier and having Americans/consumers feel comfortable with her. They are banking on people not returning it within 30 days, then they legally are entitled to your money, because they made it clear and they are banking on people getting scared on their "debt collection" letters and ruining your credit. Hopefully this helps.
