LongHorn Steakhouse review: Sirloin tips

I have never had a bad meal at longhorns prior to tonight’s meal.
I ordered sirloin tip’s medium rare and they were well done and so tough I couldn’t even eat them, also, I work in food industry and very familiar with what sirloin tips look like and what I was served tonight was definitely stewed beef
I was so disappointed
The service and atmosphere was great
