LongHorn Steakhouse review: Service

We visit Longhorn on February 1, 2023 to celebrate my husband‘s birthday we had a party of 20 and was told by the manager that you all only seat party of eight only so we ask for two tables of 8 and was told we will be seated in different sections we wasn’t guaranteed to be seated together, close by each other, or Together and the restaurant was fairly empty and the manager was just so rude about the whole situation and I have worked in the food and hospitality industry for 25 years as management team and when I had large parties of 20s and 30s I looked at it as my paycheck I don’t look at it as being rude to the guestI turn never turn away money we all were eating steaks and ribs shrimp dinners that a large amount of money to be turned away and not to get service. I think it was very rude. Are you all need to check into your management staff and give them more training ever since the pandemic. Everybody has been so rude and nasty. Not too sure why I just pray for world peace and everybody be nice but we had a very bad experience at the Longhorn in Schererville Indiana it’s fairly new to and that’s why we thought we would give it a try but we had such a rude manager so we just left and now we ended up going somewhere else but I wanted to let you guys know how rude management is at this location was if you don’t want to work give the job to somebody that will do genuine work for your company
