LongHorn Steakhouse review: poor service

I went to one of your restaurants to eat on Saturday waited about a hour to get a table witch is normal for a Saturday night, So the manager took us to our table then we waited about 15 to 20 mins before she came to our table to take our drank order but after waiting 20 mins we just put our whole order in after 40 mins she comes back an tells us that she forgot to put our food order in now we never seen her again until then an to top it all off we had a well done steak an being a restaurant manager myself we both know how long it take for a well done steak on a busy night so at this point I'm very upset because a manager never once came to our table to apologize an the waitress we had didn't even act like she like her job or didn't even care she never came to our table but to take our order tell us she forgot to put our order in an give me my check an we was at that table for 3 an a half hours an I would say it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a restaurant in my life but what upset me the most was how our waitress could have careless that we was having a bad experience an how your manager not once came an apologize or checked on us ! I will tell you that was the first time we have ate at Longhorns an will be our last time an the people I have told my experience to said they will not be eating their if that the way you treat your guest
