Logo Synergy is a pretty good company. They took a bit long to make changes to my website, but in the end, they got it done. The website looks great now and I'm happy with the results. The team was helpful and answered all my questions. I would recommend Logo Synergy to anyone looking for a website design company.

I hired Logo Synergy to make me a logo. We settled on a design and price, but now they won't give me the files or ownership unless I pay an extra $290 fee. They never mentioned this before and it feels like a trick.

I paid for two logos and names to be trademarked, but the person kept giving me the runaround. They kept saying that it was trademarked and registered, but they wouldn't give me the registration number so I could view it myself. I feel like I've been scammed.

Service is not reliable & Response is unpredictable. I paid for a product but didn't get it. I ordered a logo package for my biz. After weeks of emails and phone calls, I finally got my design. I paid $60 for biz cards with my logo on or around August 1. But I haven't got them yet. I called about a week before 08/26 and was told that the person in charge of my account was no longer with the company. Zack said I would get biz cards in four (4) days. But I still haven't got them. I called on 08/25, talked to someone, and was transferred. They said they would call me back with a tracking #, but no one called... I tried to call this company on the phone # listed on their website today, but the phone was disconnected. This company took my money under false pretenses. I lost $60 for said biz cards and probably lost biz because I don't have biz cards.

Logo Synergy is a company that makes logos for a price, but then they ask for more money for you to use it or get the final files. At first, they are really nice and send you lots of different versions to choose from, and they even make changes for you. But then, when you pick the one you want, a "BOSS" calls you and says that you have to pay more to own the logo and use it. They asked me for $340, but then they said I could pay $200 instead. I saw on other websites that they asked for different amounts from other people. They didn't tell me anything about this until the end, so I think they are not really cheap. They just make it seem like the logo costs less than it really does. I don't recommend them. There are other places to get logos.

Logo Synergy and Logo Iconix are the same company, but beware! Don't do business with them. I had a terrible experience with them. I started working with Logo Iconix, and they charged me way too much money. When I asked questions, they disappeared. Their phone number was disconnected, and their email didn't work. My website was offline, and my email address didn't work either. After a lot of research, I found a number on their website and finally got someone to call me back. After two years of back and forth, I paid them $9,000 to transfer the website and domain name to me. If you need work done for your business, go to Go Daddy. They're professional and always available to help, and they're not as expensive as Logo Synergy. I looked up their address on their website, and it was the Salesforce building in ***. I checked the businesses in that building online, and they weren't listed. These people are liars!

I found Logo Synergy online and they offered a basic logo design for $30. I filled out some basic info and was contacted by an employee who said they would get me 8 designs for $150. They also offered business cards, letterheads, and copyright for an additional $400. I received the logos on Jan 29th and chose one. They told me to further go through with the design and pay an additional $400 for copyright. I asked for a refund but they said they couldn't because they had already sent me the design.
