an old shell bill
This law firm has a Shell credit account from 10 or more years ago and filed a lawsuit against me. I've been paying on this for 3 or 4 months now and last month on the 26 I didn't have enough funds to send them my payment and tried several times to get in touch with them and let them know my situation but could never reach them. Today I got a letter and they're continuing with the lawsuit. I only owe 400.00 on this bill and now they're wanting more for going to court! This is no way to treat people when you can't even reach out to them!
illegal garnishment
I closed a Walmart account several years ago because I became disabled and unable to make any more payments. Two years ago I was forced to go apartment hunting. The best I could get was 580 a month and not in the town the Walmart card was acquired. Now, I was told that they would write it off. Lloyd and McDaniel sent me a garnishment letter via my work'S HR office for this account just this week! I don't have any money! I owe back taxes on a discharged student loan I didn't realize I had to pay, also. I have no retirement or anything to go back to to help with these issues. Is there anyone in the Indianapolis area that would take my case pro-bono against these Godless people? I did NOT plan on becoming disabled and won't be able to continue working soon. My physical and mental health is more important to myself and my family. Yes they are crooks.
I am going thru pretty much the same situation as so many people who are being tracked by Lloyd & McDaniel. On October 10th 2018 I received an Order to appear in court on January 10th 2019 to show my assets and Income. I started looking thru the cause Number and found out they received a Judgment in 2011 against me. I didn't even know I was being sued or was to appear in court. I dug a little deeper and they were sending this info to a residence I never lived at. Basically they hid it for 7 years and then the notice came. I was planning on going to court as I was ordered to in January but on December 13th they filed a Motion for Order Vacating Proceedings Supplemental Hearing. The judge received it on the 13th of December and signed it and yet they affirmed in their letter that I also was sent the same letter on the 12th of December. I received mine on December 20th 2018, 7 days after the judge already signed. I looked at the Envelope and noticed that the post mark for my letter was Dec. 18th 2018. How is this that they can lie on a Legal Document have a judge sign it and I know nothing about it and cannot get my side of the story in when I don't get invited to the legal party (court proceedings) they are having without me being there? There is something terribly wrong with this entire process and I like everyone else should be given the right to attend and tell my side and ask questions as to how and why they think this is ok to proceed without allowing the defendant to attend any part of a Legal Proceeding in a court with the Plantiff (me)?

Lloyd & McDaniel and Asset Acceptance purchase old debt and go after people without the means for legal representation. They file document in court without allowing the defendent to plead their case. If you dispute the debt it is stated in their letter that they will provide you with proof of the debt but, they don't send anything. The obtained a summary...
