I highly recommend Josh Smith and LKN Capital Mortgage. This is the second time Josh has assisted me with a mortgage, and he was just as professional, efficient, helpful and easy to communicate with this time that he was the last. Everything was done in a timely manner with minimal stress on my part. Josh knows his industry very well, he explained my options clearly and helped me to take the best route. When I first met Donald B he seemed very calm and cool and well versed in business. As we began to discuss my options, I was initially skeptical. Now, as Donald began to further explain the details and put things into a perspective that made sense to me, I realized that this guy is the real deal and he genuinely wanted the best for me. So I looked into this company because they sent me some mail and I looked them up on here the reviews were so great I thought I'd check them out. I called and very nice lady by the name of Torrie L, answered the phone. She was so nice and helpful, explained things great to my understanding and she was worked quickly. She managed to offer me some good rates and different choices of how I could do my refinance. Torrie made things quick and painless! I would recommend her to anyone looking to refinance.

They seemed able to offer attractive discounts as needed to ensure that their offer was more competitive than the competition. As they gathered information and details changed, they found ways to maintain the costs vs. benefits to me at least as favorable as when I started. My service representative, Sean Williams, called to explain whenever it got confusing and made the process as easy as possible. Instead of starting out with a salesman who disappeared once the loan was in process, they kept the same representative with me all the way to closing.

Sean Williams is as professional as they come. He worked diligently to facilitate the refinance in a fair and equitable manner. Even if I wasn't the most cooperative client; I had several other offers and was working with another lender. Sean made sure to get back to me in a timely manner, was always professional, attentive to my needs and went the extra mile to work out a deal that really helped me out. He won me over and I'd feel comfortable with him representing my mother in any future Re-Fi needs. Thanks Sean!

Best mortgage consultant we've ever worked with, and have had many. His advice was very helpful in choosing our best course of action. Did not project unreasonable expectations for us- honest, knowledgeable, and came through each step punctually. His projections for end of process were spot on. Left very large mortgage company to go to Sean W and his connections. First time we've felt we had a personal consultant who will meet our specific needs. He has a plan down the road to help us, as well. Will be our mortgage connection for life!

This team did a great job. Above and beyond as I was contacted not only by the lead broker (Wesley) but his team leader as well when I became concerned about the changing numbers I was receiving from Caliber. They assured me all was well and reminded me of the fact that they had warned me in advance to ignore any estimates until the final one was sent. Professional, courteous and on top of things throughout the surprisingly quick and painless process. If you can get a point off on a refi it is well worth it. I recently refinanced my home through Donald B of LKN Capital Mortgage. My particular situation was extremely complicated due to my pending divorce. I believe any other loan officer may have walked away from this but Donald persevered. He was there every step of the way, answering all my questions, phone calls, and text messages at all hours. He made sure I understood the process when I was confused and was a source of support for me because he is just a really good man. Any problem that came up he took care of in a timely manner. He went above and beyond for myself and my girls. He made sure we could stay in our home. He assured me that he would get this done and he kept his word. A man of integrity that I would highly recommend! I cannot say enough about him. He made it happen!

I was shopping for a better rate to refinance my home in order to reduce the loan rate of interest and after speaking to several loan officers and not getting satisfaction, I called Donald B, who listened patiently to what I thought was a reasonable offer, this being maybe the fifteenth house I have financed and I must say that the process went very smoothly as I had all the documents he needed and he certainly knew what he was doing. I rated this deal as four star since no one is perfect. Donald did however come very close. About three or four weeks ago, Mr. Sean W sent me a letter representing LKN Capital Mortgage about refinancing my home. I looked at it several times and on a whim decided to call him just to see what he really could do for me. It sounded almost too good to be true. He got me a lower interest rate, lower monthly payment, and two months I do have to make a payment. Additionally, I didn't have to pay any money for the closing. He is great to work with, very patient, he explained everything well, and answered all my questions or concerns. He sent me E-mails and then called to go over the E-mails and answer any question/questions I might have about the information sent. I most definitely would recommend Mr. Sean W at LKN Capital Mortgage Company to anyone wanting to refinance or get a home loan. Securing my loan through Mr. W was easier than I have ever experienced.
