I sent back some stuff in August and it was worth $487. I kept an eye on it and it got there on Aug 25. But I still haven't got my money back. I emailed them a bunch of times and they said it would take 3-5 days to process the return, but it hasn't happened yet.

I got two clothes from Live the Process. I got them, didn't like them, so I sent them back the next day. I've emailed them six times asking about my refund, but no one's replied. It's been two months now and the stuff cost me 150 bucks.

But they never gave me my $168 back. I emailed them many times from May to June, but they never replied. I also called them, but no one picked up. I had to dispute the charge with my bank credit card. Live the Process disputed my claim, but I gave my bank the *** tracking confirmation. Live the Process never replied to my bank. I think Live the Process is a fraud. They don't have a working phone number and don't reply to emails. Other customers had the same problem. I want my $168 back, and I want the ComplaintsBoard.com to warn others about them.
