The reason why is because some children...Like me have a screen time so the website is restricted so i can not use it one of my BEST friends is hard of hearing and NON of the apps are working i think instead of it being a app connected to a website it can just be a app this was my after and since in could not even use it I rate it a... 2.

I completed a 7 day free trial and it said that it would charge me £9.99 a month for the subscription and then it took £119 out of my account the day my 7 day free trial ended. This is highly unfair as I did not anticipate spending £119 all at once. I am very unhappy with how the app has presented misinformation and I want a refund.
