Life Time Digital useless

I let them extort me into signing up last year so that I could sign my son up for winter break day camp when previously no membership was required. It seemed fair to keep the membership so that I wouldn't have any issues signing up again this year. However today I attempted to register for day camp this year, and was informed that digital members aren't eligible to sign up. I feel ripped off and stressed as I'm unable to take time off work after christmas.

Recommendation: might be useful if you don't know how to find workouts on youtube

Life Time Digital Underperforminh

The Life Time app has great promise. Ability to carry your card on your phone, charge meals, etc. it’s greatest possibility is the reservation function for group classes. But it has fatal flaws. It regularly barks and closes for no reason.it REGULARLY loses track of your sin in info and leaves you fumbling to enter login/password info multiple times at the worst possible times (like standing in line at the front desk). Now, during the busiest week of the year it is malfunctioning and will not allow me to reserve a class “because my membership level doesn’t allow that function.” Turns out its a glitch they hope to fix but no body bothered to share that info with the rest of the membership. If you can announce closed pools and steam rooms you can admit failed functionality and not force everyone to call in wondering what it going on. It is literally the second or third most important app in my daily use and easily the worst performing app on my phone.

Life Time Digital New member app experience

I just signed up and am frustrated by the app’s UI.

1. I’d like to see the classes offered by week and by month including the kids classes, so that I can plan my days and weeks better. The day by day function and add to personal calendar button is all quite cumbersome and not very smooth. I’d prefer a better visual breadth of experience on the app in order to get myself to the club with two young children at the right times.

2. Better descriptions of all classes would be great; including more realistic video trailers. Many classes have “new” almost nondescript titles so a detailed description would be appreciated.

3. The mobile cafe ordering should allow for “in dining” or something similar so that you don’t have your food packaged up in plastic bags, plastic containers, and single serve packaging that feels wasteful.

4. I am attempting to submit this review and it’s asking for my nickname. All my attempts are saying “nickname is taken try again”. Frustrated.

Life Time Digital Please LT do something

Great gym, however women shouldn’t be allowed to walk into jacuzzi fully dressed. It’s so unhygienic and in plain language disgusting. People should also be prohibited to use faulty language around others and locker attendants should be visible and present in locker rooms at all times. Why? You turn around for a moment & you’re missing something. I already lost two items! Yeah! Second time I only went around the corner to get a towel ... Unbelievable. Gym of this quality should care more about their reputation. Oh! Could we please have signs by saunas “NO SHOES ON BENCHES”? It blows my mind that people are coming from the outside or from wet shower floor straight on to benches. Yeah! That’s what I mean, they step on the benches with their dirty sneakers or wet flip flops, and right after it somebody else sit on it in their bathing suit! And at times you may find someone scrubbing their feet right there PLEASE BRING SOME ORDER TO LT OR SIMPLY SUSPEND MEMBERSHIP IF PEOPLE ARE MISBEHAVING. It’s really seriously WRONG!

Life Time Digital Centerville Platinum Club

I am a Founding Member Of The Gainesville Onyx Club. It will not open until late in January . In the meantime, I have been using the Centerville Platinum Club.
The Centerville Club has a very good, courteous and professional staff. But it may have been over sold. It’s greatest strength is it’s greatest weakness. There are too many people here, too many children, and not enough Lockers.
The Centerville Club is short of lockers, lounge space, and square footage of common areas. There is no place to sit, relax, and read a book.
There is no place to make a telephone using your own cell phone.
The noise level is daunting. You cannot escape the shouts, talking, and music coming out of the different studios.
In this case, “Too much of a Good Thing” is not simply marvelous, as Oscar Wilde said. It is a pain in the neck.
This is by no means an exhaustive list, but I fear “I doth protest too much”.
I like this place, but I can’t wait for the Gainesville Onyx Club to open. I am hoping it will not suffer from the same shortcomings.

Life Time Digital Hot Yoga

I’ve been a member of Laguna Niguel lifetime since it opened. Lifetime has truly been life changing for me in so many ways. First, it’s been like a family, a home away from home. But second, most importantly my health has benefited in so many ways.
I have severe scoliosis and since joining lifetime, meeting Clyde, and being introduced to MAT, I was able to create a neuromuscular connection with my left leg, something that my doctor said only surgery could do. Not only has my strength and cardio endurance improved, my scoliosis has too! I’m 61 and this is something that just doesn’t happen! I recently had a 5 year follow up doctor appointment, x-rays. And the first time in my life there was an improvement, significant enough (11%!) to have my doctor ask me what I have been doing the last 5 years. The only thing different was hot yoga here at lifetime and being introduced to Bree and Scroth Physiotherapy, she is an amazing Pilates trainer! So not only has lifetime help me thrive, I am hoping to be a case study for the benefits of hot yoga and scoliosis!
Thank you lifetime I’m beyond grateful you chose Laguna Niguel to open your first California club!

Life Time Digital App is okay

It does all the things you’d expect a gym membership to do- book group fitness reservations, manage your account, virtual classes, and more. I’m not sure how well the virtual classes work in the app as I haven’t tried those. But the feature for searching for classes could use some work. The schedule shows everything all in one place, but then you have to filter for the relevant types of classes. Not sure why there isn’t just a button already there for “group fitness” “kids club” etc. so that’s con #1. You have to create filtered views of what you want to see, so for all adult group fitness classes, you can create a filter and save it to your favorites so you don’t have to apply the filters every time. I guess that’s nice, but not sure why it’s set it up in a way where you have to do this every single time. The other issue with this is that the “favorites” tab is buried in the app so then when you save your favorites, it takes multiple clicks to get to it. It should be front and center so that when you open the classes section, you can immediately select the filter favorite (or just have buttons that do this filtering for you already?). It’s little things like that that make this app difficult to navigate.

Life Time Digital You NEED this App for your Membership

LifeTime Fitness’s member app is a one stop shop for EVERYTHING you need to know about the gym, classes, events, individual workouts, and more!

The amount of features this app is packed with is well worth the membership price we pay every month to stay at this gym.

I’ll start with the User Interface. Very easy to use, you know exactly where you need to go. The calendar system for planning out your workouts/events/classes is modern and very easy to use. I love how it integrates with Apple calendars so my phone can keep me posted when these events happen. You can even reserve your seat in classes like cycling, which makes it really easy to get involved with the community.

As far as features and functionality, this app has it all. Individual workouts show you exactly what equipment you need to use, how many reps/sets, when to do what. Classes/Events show you when/where they happen. The news board is a great way to keep track of what’s happening at your location. The app even tracks personal visits and goals.

Overall, I love using the LifeTime Fitness app. It’s perfect. If you are a member of LifeTime Fitness, I recommend you download this app as soon as possible. After all, you are paying for it!

Great job devs for providing a wonderful experience!

Life Time Digital Review

Good morning,
I love the facility. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I had a facial in the salon with Beatrice and it was wonderful!
There are classes offered at 5:30am which is great for my schedule during the school year so I appreciate that.
Here’s my big concern. I joined for the yoga and the barre. In terms of the yoga, I’m getting used to the lifetime way. I would like to see more variety and more classic yoga offered if possible but I’m getting more comfortable with classes like Fire. Kaela is awesome! Stacey is so great too.
I am not happy with the barre program at all. First, the barre core, barre fusion and barre strength aren’t really barre classes. What I love about barre is the intense working of each muscle group followed by intense stretching of that muscles group right after. That is not happening in these classes. We’re also hardly using the barre if at all. Michelle is a wonderful teacher and her classes are challenging but they’re not barre classes and that’s so disappointing. I’ve also been asking for more barre class options since lifetime opened including a barre class offered on Sundays and I believe there’s a lot of interest in it but that hasn’t happened.

Life Time Digital Wallet feature nice, could be better

I like the Apple wallet feature where you can store your membership card right in Apple wallet for quick and easy access. I think it could be expanded upon however.

Apps like Starbucks and Airlines apps bring up your membership card or boarding pass, etc when GPS detects you are at your home store location. Could this feature be added? Then from the lock screen, the card would pop up to swipe and it would be really quick and easy. Especially useful when you forget to pull the card up at the front desk and people are waiting.

Edit: After developer response, they are adding this feature. That is great news. For me the app gets 4 stars with this feature because that is primarily what I use it for.

Edit 2 (02/18):

I now see the option to suggest the membership card from Apple Wallet on the lock screen, and I have turned that setting on. I also made sure I turned on push notifications and location services to “always on” for the Lifetime app, as well as background app refresh on, but I can’t seem to get the pass to pop up on the lock screen when I am physically near or at the gym’s location. I even made sure my “home” gym was set to the location I frequent in Illinois in the app’s settings. Even though I can see the feature has been released, it doesn’t seem to be working properly.

Life Time Digital Rating for the app, not the gym itself

I do love my lifetime membership and have nothing but high praise of the one I frequent in Gaithersburg, MD. But I have a few gripes with the app and all pertain to how the reservations for classes work:

1. If you’re on the waitlist for a class, and someone cancels and you’re given a spot, you’re notified by email, rather than getting a notification from the app, which is... inefficient and annoying. I’m okay with the email coming in, but I want the app notification to alert me to the change.
2. Since COVID, we have literal spots in the room that require a reservation. I’d like to be able to see in the app which spot I reserved, which seems not to always be possible. No clear indication of why it sometimes shows and sometimes doesn’t.
3. If the ability to register for classes gets suspended bc of missing classes, it should notify you in the app, in addition to email.

Overall, my point is simply that the efficiency of the app should ideally remove the need to attend to my lifetime emails pertaining to classes. The rule of thumb should be that if you can access things in the app - like registering for the class, picking the spot you stand in, or adding yourself to a waitlist - checking the status of those things should be very easy to access, and there should be associated notifications available in the app as well.

Life Time Digital Not what it used to be

1. Poor management and junior management staffs. Pools are ridiculously crowded against CDC guidance to control the spread of COVID disease. All that’s followed is simply a show.
During four hours in the afternoon, there are several “paid” swim classes. Each crowded with young kids, three kids swimming in each lane, in four to five adjacent lanes. This is while another group of kids waiting to dive in outside... if I presented my videos to the board of director or the state governor, they would have shut down the site.

2. The towels and men locker room is not maintained at the standard LF used to have even before COVID era.

3. Studios are no longer open for individual practices; they are open for limited time and only during certain group classes.

4. The yoga mats are not cleaned up at all, at least not by staff. One could find mats in outdoor and pool area which are not picked up for days! That means there is no regular inspection around the amenity.

The overall service is reduced to minimum while the membership charges are kept the same.
If I haven’t canceled my membership so far it’s been solely to support the business and those staff and crew whose livelihood depends on this job. I do acknowledge the difficult times we had over the past year. I do respect the CEO and the founder who is a immigrant entrepreneur and athlete, and his endeavors to start this service from ground up. I admire that.
So my comments are aimed at those in charge of the club to be more proactive and diligent with their duties.

Life Time Digital BEWARE - this company only cares about your money

THIS APP updated my payment WITHOUT my authorization!

I have little to no complaints about lifetime itself, other than the fact that they make it next to impossible to cancel your membership. I moved, and no longer live near a lifetime, and have sent two letters in to corporate to cancel my membership... however each month I am still being charged. I shouldn’t have to drive 3+ hours to the nearest location to make sure that my account is canceled.

With that being said, I sent a letter two months ago. Last month I was charged, however as you have to give them 30 days notice I figured this month I wouldn’t be charged. A few weeks ago I got a new debit card and cancelled my prior card that was associated with my lifetime account. I added my new card to my Apple wallet (where I also happened to have my LT card). Much to my surprise, come March 1, I realize that I was charged the full monthly amount for my membership at Lifetime, despite me not only cancelling, but me NOT giving them my new card information. Trying to figure out HOW this could have happened, I opened the LT app to see that my new card number was my payment method... despite me NOT putting it in there manually and NOT giving it to LT as a new form of payment.

The LT app somehow automatically updated my payment method with the new card information via my Apple wallet. WITHOUT any authorization from me. I have tried time and time again to cancel my membership with this company and they have ignored my requests and this app automatically updated my payment information without my authorization! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Not only is it extremely expensive, but they refuse to let you cancel at all costs.

Life Time Digital Growing Pains

First, it’s a BEAUTIFUL gym and is a terrific value. Best gym I’ve ever belonged to and I’ve belonged to a dozen. The availability and variety of included classes alone makes this a great value. The fact that all the machines and weights are brand new is an added bonus.

Second, it’s going to take them a minute to get a proper rhythm going. It seems that most of the employees are ‘kids’ who are blindly following orders that may or may not make sense. That’s frustrating. Also, as kids, they are inherently disinterested and lazy. That is reflected in their performance, particularly on the pool deck. (I’m a former lifeguard and could very easily streamline and enhance the pool deck experience if given half a week with the staff.) Conversely, the class instructors are very professional and competent.

Third, the App is terrific and easy to use. As an added bonus, the guest WiFi is strong and was literally the easiest network I’ve ever joined; including in my own home.

Fourth, it’s a bit crowded and many of the patrons are absolutely disgusting. I saw a literal puddle of ‘butt sweat’ (complete with double butt cheek outline) on a machine yesterday and I was so disgusted I cut my workout short. I expect there to be a ‘New Years Resolution’ effect by late August or early September when these animals will give up and stop coming. That should ameliorate some of the traffic on the gym floor. For now, I would suggest assigning a lower-level employee ‘gym monkey’ duty whose sole responsibility would be walking the third floor with a spray bottle and towel to clean machines and re-rack weights.

Fifth, overall, it’s a very good gym experience. For the price being charged, it had better be. The question is, will they be able to maintain the level of quality we’ve come to expect?

Life Time Digital Horrible horrible horrible app

Let me start by saying that my rating has nothing to do with LTF as a fitness center or its staff. Both are absolutely stellar regardless of which location you happen to be using. My rating is strictly on the app experience which has actually gotten worse over the course of the past 9 months with the removal of some basic features. For the sake of time, I’m providing feedback primarily on using the LifeCafe feature with the hope that app team makes necessary enhancements.

1. Often I workout at several different locations every week and typically place orders through the app as soon as I’m finished with my workout. In the latest version of the app I can only change the LTF location by changing my default club. It use to be that I could pick a location in the cafe order section without changing my default club. This adds another step that shouldn’t be necessary.
2. Add ApplePay! Get with it folks make paying for additional services easier. This will only serve to help LTF increase revenue!
3. Make it easier to add a new credit card by allowing the camera to scan the user’s credit card. Again, make it easier to pay for services!
4. Users use to be able to save favorite cafe items such as shakes or meals so that the user didn’t have to manually enter specifics each time an order is placed.
5. Update menu. There are several items that are standard menu items offered at every location which do not show up on the app.
6. Add the LTF punchcard for purchases (buy 10 get the 11th free) to the app.

Every single item listed would only make it easier for the user to place orders thereby increasing revenue opportunities for LTF. I don’t normally write so much feedback on apps, but I’m a big fan of LTF, it’s employees, and the cafes. I want to see LTF continue in its success. Thanks.

I enjoy going to lifetime. It has put a new spark in my exercise routine. Lifetime has employed amazing instructors in every aspect of exercise and the same instructors provide so much enthusiasm motivation and great instructions so we don’t injure ourselves. It’s great when I think I’m going to life time for a workout
because it’s like having a party and not working out. A few of my friends also go to lifetime for their workouts and we all agree it is definitely an upgrade from our old health club exercise experience. By the way Cezar is my favourite.

There is a downside to lifetime fitness and that downside would be the ladies showers. The showers are full of dirt and debris in other peoples rubbish along with hair that clog the drain and on the walls and handles. Some of the showers don’t work and it is a very bad experience. Mothers do not supervise their small children who run in and out of the showers making loud noise and spraying the shaving cream all over the showers. I have witnessed this several times.l am the mother of a 25year old daughter and would never let her inconvenience adults when she was a child.

Courteous should be the new clean and not the new cute. If members would clean up their own debris (I’m talking about shampoo samples and earplugs and razor blades and I’ll kinds of garbage left in the shower) then this could be helpful. We need to include some signs that remind members that they are to clean up after they shower. They also need to have more employees to scrub the showers the shower stalls are very sticky and the stickiness is creating an environment for mould which is very hazardous. Someone should work in the locker room full-time. I need to take the shower there because I’m in between appointments so I don’t have a choice I have to use them. I would like to recommend that as a courtesy and safety precaution for everyone you have the employees police and clean the showers.
Just think about it you have wonderful whirlpool, sauna and steam room and the lockers are nice and plentiful. All you have to do is clean up the showers and you have a perfect environment for exercise, health and wellness not to mention serenity.

Life Time Digital Crappy management Makes for a crappy app and a crappy club

I’m sick and tired of her currently having my correct auto pay billing information over written by a defective service retained by Life Time. Three times over the last six months Life Time has used this flawed system to override my correct information with incorrect information using a service provider it pays for. It then harasses in a ranks me without complying with the fair debt collection practices act or the fair credit reporting act and other federal and state laws because it’s screwed up the billing. The other members that I pay for and I lost most of our enjoyment in January and February. We were promised that this would be corrected and would not recurring Jan but of course that was a lie. Instead when we gave the updated correct information again, not a month later lifetimes crappy service over wrote my credit information once again. Sick and tired of this mess, I terminated my participation in the discretionary Pilates class that I have paid for as a supplement for the last six months. The membership for Taylor Donovan had to be updated again even though I was fraudulently induced in February and assured by email that this crappy and illegal practice would cease. To add insult to injury “Steve“ falsely said this is my problem for failing to update. It’s obvious you don’t read your own instructions, your own emails, and you don’t follow your legally required business practices. I’ve illuminated one of the discretionary activities. I am communicating and warning others on Facebook and social media to be careful about you until you straighten out your mess. In the meanwhile this app is something. I’ve used update my card including in February after the last screw up my lifetime. Steve A. lied. It’s against the law to lie and it’s against the law to have an app that either doesn’t properly track when you made changes or that you make false claims and falsely accuse the member is not maintaining current information when in fact the problem is you guys have a faulty service. I updated the credit card information once again that you guys wrongfully over wrote and Taylor Donovan’s profile. I also have filed complaints under the fair debt collection practices act, the fair credit reporting act, the Texas persons of those statutes and I’m filing a complaint on identity theft and illegal and improper tampering with electronica financial information because I cannot get you guys to follow the law. It sure would be nice if he not only Carmie but also do what you should do and correct your problem. Until then I’m spreading the word that while I love my trainer my gym is incompetent and often illegal and how it handles things.

Life Time Digital Beware Apple Watch users who also use the Lifetime Fitness app

I hope what happened to me today doesn't happen to anyone else so I'm sharing my story.

I am an avid runner who uses the Apple Watch Workout app to track my runs. I also do strength training at Lifetime Fitness. Lifetime has an app for IOS and WatchOS that is perfectly fine. However, last Friday I got a notification from the Lifetime Fitness app letting me know they have an additional "Life Time Watch" app I can use that will connect with Lifetime Fitness equipment at the gym to track what I'm doing on their machines. I thought sure that might be neat so I agreed. I installed the app but never opened it or even checked it out.

Fast forward to today. I go out to start my training run and I'm at the point where I usually hit 1 mile and get a voice notification from Siri. Except today I got nothing. I look down to see where I'm at in my run and my workout is stopped. That's weird I thought, so I re-start my workout and chalk the first bit up as a warm-up. About 6 minutes later I look down and my workout is stopped - again. I think maybe I'm somehow triggering it with my layers of clothes so I adjust my sleeves and start up again. Few minutes later. Same thing - workout shows stopped.

So at this point I pull out my iPhone to see what's going on and in my Fitness app I see several "Life Time Watch" workouts started - specifically "Indoor Cycling". I start a new workout, this time just walking and within seconds my workout is stopped and several "Indoor Cycling" workouts have started and stopped. Since you can't have more than 1 workout going at a time it would appear the Life Time Watch app keeps trying to start new workouts thus ending my existing workout. But why "Indoor Cycling" over and over? And here's my working theory - that Life Time app is connecting to all the random pelotons or whatever bikes in the homes I'm running past.

I then open the Life Time Watch app on my watch and it tells me I need to open the Lifetime Fitness app on my iPhone to activate and use the app. This is important as it shows I never even activated this app - but boy did it sure activate itself, over and over again.

I go in and delete the Life Time Watch app and start a new walking workout and I cease having interruptions. By that time my running workout was ruined and now I was several miles from home and get to do the walk of shame home uphill and against the wind. Woe is me I know. According to my Fitness app the Life Time Watch app tried to start a total of 8 "Indoor Cycling" workouts in less than 3 miles of running.

Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, the Life Time Watch app is malware and predatory against you doing any workouts outside of a Life Time gym. Beware if you install that app.

Life Time Digital Can’t keep their class schedule updated!

Very disappointed. Wasted time twice taking kids to classes that were scheduled according to the app, but cancelled in the club! For the money they charge wish they could pay someone to keep class schedules in sync!

Life Time Digital Can't get class schedules

The interface is fine but the buttons don't work! It would also be nice to drill into locations without having to 'set as home.' I have several gyms nearby and at any given time depending on the class, I may visit any of them!

Life Time Digital Class Schedules

Before I had to change my default club to view a class schedule for a different club.

Now, even when I change my default club it still shows the White Bear Lake schedule.

I’m on version 1.2.5.

I tried logging in and logging out.

Life Time Digital Apple Wallet Issue

When I attempt to download my card to my Apple Wallet...it shuts down the app and does not add the card to the Wallet. I am using iPhone X and most current operating system. This makes it a 1 star app for me...would otherwise be a 5 star.

Life Time Digital Can't add card to apple wallet

Not sure why but on my iPhone 7 there is an error downloading card info to apple wallet. Worked fine on iPhone 6 though. Could be a temporary problem or something larger. In any case, it's not very clear who to contact for support on this issue.

Life Time Digital Can’t download

I have always used my Lifetime app to check-in at my club and was surprised when I had to download a different app that appears to have all of the same stuff. The problem is...I can’t download the new app. Nothing happens when I try. I’m pretty annoyed!

Life Time Digital Bug in the last update

The most recent update caused the workout section to duplicate exercises within a workout, description and movement instructions. Everything is stated twice. After completing the sets within an exercise, I have to go back to the list instead of selecting to go to the next exercise.

Life Time Digital No Yoga or Fitness Classes Listed

The only reason I have this app on my phone is to check class times and instructors. That information was on the group fitness app which is now discontinued, but not on this app. It is completely worthless to me. I will keep it, in hopes that they will correct this. In the meantime, it is really annoying.

Life Time Digital Latest update has issues

New update doesn’t allow to register in app for classes, automatically prompts to call. And Cardio Tracking feature has been removed without notice. New app doesn’t save last class filter view, helpful feature from before. Unannounced update not even demo’d to personnel to help members with questions. Disappointing.

Life Time Digital Pop-up adds & no more default filter

No way to turn off pop-up advertising, unless you turn off all notifications. HINT
And notifications will stay off till the unwanted annoying money-induced advertising stops.

Before I had a class filter default, but app no longer saves your default filter, you must select your filter every single time!

So annoying….

Life Time Digital Completely unstable

It worked fine the first couple of times. It's nice that they tried and put all their apps together into one. But most of the time it crashes when accessing the classes, which is all I really use this for. If it isn't going to work then this app is useless to me. Might as well just log on to their website and use the features like that.

Life Time Digital Horrible Performance

The new app looks good and that's where the good ratings end. Poor performance when ending and saving a workout - takes more than 1 minute. And when I try to look at the workout details from the workout I just saved, the app crashes every time. When viewing the workout history, I can see my history except for the last 6 weeks. I love my gym but the IT is seriously lacking.

Life Time Digital Reservation

The app is not very user friendly. I used it to reserve a squash court and there was no way for me to know if it was entered. I found this out when I showed up to the court and some other guy was playing. He said the staff said it was open. Additionally, the schedule keeps saying "call office". What's the point of app then?

Doesn't have a good calendar of local club events such as parents' night out.

Life Time Digital Class function is horrible

While the idea of videos and workouts is pretty cool (haven't tried it yet so I can't review it) I consistently utilized the Group Fitness app previously and it is almost unusable now. It shuts down whenever I apply a filter. The filter you have to apply every time you open the Classes calendar and it shows all of the little kid swim classes which makes it difficult to find any other class. Very disappointing.

Life Time Digital Not as good as dedicated Group Fitness app

They're discontinuing the Group Fitness app, but this doesn't have anywhere near the filtering functionality for the group fitness calendar. I keep seeing kids classes in my calendar no matter what filter settings I use, and there's no way to get rid of them. Very frustrating compared to the Group Fitness app's option to save multiple filtered calendars for different interests. It also takes too many clicks to just check out what classes are on for the day.

Life Time Digital Class schedule needs filter saving functionality

Since the group fitness app has been shut down, this new app needs to be more user-friendly for class search filter functionality. Please let us save our view preferences so we don't have to filter through all the options every time we open the app. I just want to see group fitness classes - not tennis practice, activities, or other paid options. Please add save functionality so this app is useful for searching for classes at our main club as well as other clubs.

Life Time Digital So I usually love this

I used to use this app everyday, until about a week ago when my club’s class schedules stopped loading. I get a screen that says “we’re sorry, there are no results for this day” and by default goes to the one class I had previously looked at. So I am no longer able to reserve my spot in high attendance classes, forcing me to take a chance and hope there’s room. This is beyond frustrating, I really hope there’s a fix to this as it’s basically just turned into a virtual membership card to get me in the door.

Life Time Digital Inconvient

We get it! You want us to buy stuff. Obviously you anticipated members wanting to filter out this option, also obvious that you want to keep reminding us every time a uses accesses the app. Frankly , it's insulting. It's not difficult to make the class schedule filter stick for the user once they've customized it to their style. I pay to be a member not a sales target NOT to have all of the "extra" cost services/products rammed down my throat to wade through daily. I will let you know if I want to buy something, your marketing strategy is too aggressive. It's just a constant reminder that it's not really a club it's a business. My country club would never treat its members as open wallets they need to extract more money from at every chance. It's very undignified.
