Lids.com review: Dallas cowboys 21 nfl training 39thirty sku 195600595381

I purchased this product and ended up being the wrong size so I returned it for the right size. Thinking theyre all made the same I brought it home. I tried it on at home and noticed the sewing on the bill is defective. It is not even and makes the cap look way out of place. So, I tried to exchange the cap with the receipt in hand and their employee said I could only exchange once. I asked him why and he stated look im not going to help you, you may want to ask him (other employee). So I asked the other employee and he said the same thing. Seems to me he just went along with what the other said. Then I asked for their policy, they refused. I asked for their corporate number, they refused. I asked for their names, they refused. I attempted to take video of them to have proof of who they are and one of them assaulted me by hitting my hand while holding my phone. Then the first employee interacted with, now acted like a manager, and held his employee back from committing assault for a second change.
